First time buyer but when I found an item that did not work in the road emergency kit, it was promptly taken care of and being replaced as I write this review by Christine. My son had a blast going through the kit to see what it contained. Thank you

I bought a dehumidifier through Amazon and was alerted that shipping was delayed. I called Air and Water and they info'd me that the item was now on back-order and not expected from manufacturing for 3 weeks. They offered to cancel my order. I later called back and agreed to cancel my order, and they offered me a great alternative, same manufacturer, same capacity and similar performance, only a different year's model, (at a lower price), was it also in-stock and ready for shipping. Placed the order and expect it in a few days. Great customer service from Christine, Customer Care Representative.

I recently purchased a NewAir AC-*******E-BL 14,000 BTU online with Air-n-Water.
I haven't completely assessed why the it was discounted, but there seems to be cosmetic damage to the baffles on the air intake vent. In any case, I seem to have obtained a $400-$600 device for about half that price.
I am still learning the intricacies of the controls, remote control, water drain, and portable operation. However, we had a four-day heat wave soon after receiving the item, which allowed me to test it. It seems to be working well.
My teenage daughter assessed that "we already received our money's worth" by giving us comfort during some miserable SoCal weather. That is good enough an endorsement for me.
Not only are the products quality, but so is the customer service department. You may not even need to communicate directly since ordering is so easy, but if you do, everyone there is awesome.
Lupita at Air n water took my order. She was direct without any time wasting over the top politeness. Item arrived in good shape and the little garage heater works just fine. The description was more than accurate and the price was a really great deal, I will be a repeat customer!
I want to thank mike for the help he give me on the air conditioner i bought from them. First one was damage by shipping company. Call mike about the problem and he said he would have another unit shipped to me. It took no time to get the other unit which worked fine. We purchased an evaporative cooler from Air & Water that was damaged in shipment. Mike M. In customer service took care of sending a replacement and setting up the return of the damaged cooler. He went above and beyond the call of duty exceeding our expectations in every way. This is our second purchase from Air & Water and it certainly won't be our last.
I order a machine which was just as described but turned out to not be what i needed. They were so helpful and easy to work with for my return. They even sent me the return label so all I had to do was print it out and call the carrier to pick up when I was ready. I have never had such a great experience before with a return. Would highly recommend. Shop without reservations!
