They may offer discount to you but will never respond to your query or when there is question from IRS. It's just a bunch of people following regular steps and won't be able to help out. Be aware before filing with them, there knowledge is very limited related to taxation.
They wont pick call, call back or respond to mails. Try at your own risk. They can desert you anytime and left you stranded at hands of IRS.
They patiently listened to my individual requirements and suggested accordingly

Was a loyal customer over last few years. This year the service is so disappointing. I got 5 calls and 3 voice mails in a day before making payment. I noticed a wrong calculation and asked for a call back and never heard back. When I called them was put on hold for 5 mins everytime and got disconnected. Horrible experience.

It has been now 6 years I am filling my taxes with AO team. AO Tax team always helped in filling my tax returns, also they took care of all my IRS queries, they provided me all supporting documents. Helped me to understand Tax returns and IRS queries.
Chetan and Aniket helped me with all queries and filling my tax returns.
I am doing with them for past 4 years they are clean fast and very transparent.They are very in communication
Typically I wont post any reviews but these people are horrible at what they do. They missed out on filing some aspects of fiiling and when made an ammendment its all wrong. Never go with them
Calling them continously from 5 days, no replies. I am always on hold for hours.
And even filing status submitted is wrong.
Final Status submitted is different from Draft copy shared.
Not only that, charged for ITIN for filing for my daughter which I had already.
Crap and even no ways to reach someone about wrong returns filed.

Please stay away from this company if you have crypto gain/loss calculation otherwise you have to pay $1550 based on the transactions. No support from anyone...
