Please do not buy from Aovostore. Bought a scooter for my son's Christmas present in December 2021. The scooter appeared to have scratches on. Aovostore provided a refund of £20, which was good. A few months later, the scooter showed a fault. It eventually stopped working. Aovostore offered to repair it. We sent it via courier, to avoid paying Aovostore fees, to a warehouse in Horley, Surrey, as they said this was their UK repair warehouse. This was June 2022. Since July 2022, Aovostore have been saying they will return it repaired, but I have never received it. They keep saying the same thing, It will be here next week, or by the end of the month, don't worry. I have luckily had a refund from my credit card company. But my son had no scooter for almost a year. I have been in touch with Trading Standards and Action Fraud about Aovostore and the UK warehouse, which is called Air Group. Buy from Aovostore at your peril.

İf you bought from web site you have a lot of things like refund and other things but if you bought amazon or other place you dont have any rights. Scam!

Had an issue with charging me e-scooter. I bought a new charger but still the scooter would not charge. Came across Aovoestore and they answered all my questions. I sent my battery to them within a week they sorted it out and sent it bzck to me. Now everything is working fine and scooter is charging again.

Great service from start to finish, after using a DIFFERENT company and been scammed by £300 I was very anxious to use anyone else but my friend recommended this company and I ordered at 4pm on Thursday 21st of October I paid next day delivery and then received a message from the company just explaining with how late i ordered I wouldn't receive it on the Friday and they didn't include weekends so I would receive the Monday after explaining the stress another company had caused me they guy to leave it with him and he was going to sort something I can honestly say I am overwhelmed that I have just received my order and have one very happy lad!

I contacted AovoStore about a broken mudguard and they replied straight away and fixed the problem, you will always see bad reviews on any company no matter how good they are but for me I think they have been great and would highly recommend, my scooter has given me endless hours of fun in only a week

My grandson's scooter snapped which is not good.
Aovo went out of their way to help me and sent me a brand new one in double quick time.
