They hung up the phone on me. They canceled my order without even taking the time to explain why, just like that, hung up the phone. Just plain rude employees. All I wanted was to replace a piece for my refrigerator, they made it seem like I was doing something illegal,. There are so many good companies out there, don't waste your time with them.
My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF.

I’m sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and appreciate you sharing this with our team. Our intention is to assist our customers repair their broken appliances. We do offer free troubleshooting advice and repair tips for DIYers but every repair is different. On 8/27/2024 you ordered a freezer gasket from us for your freezer. You contacted us on 1/30/2025 stating the gasket was leaking air into the freezer. We sent you a replacement gasket on 1/31/2025. You then ordered an overload and starter on 3/27/2025 which did not correct the issue you're having with your freezer. Unfortunately, we cannot take back returns for installed parts as it is not in line with our posted return policy. It looks like you may have a larger problem with your freezer and a compressor is needed from what I can gather from the documented conversation with us on 4/2/2025. I placed an online order for a glass GE stovetop replacement part. I got the order confirmation and shortly after I got a phone call from a number not in my contacts so the phone didnt ring. Then I got an email saying the order needed to be verified and I had to call them or it would be canceled. That sounded extremely scammy to me. But I did call. I waited on hold behind 8 others. Once I got to the CS rep, I gave my name, order number, and then she wanted my address. Next she wanted me to give her the part number, and I lost it! Why have an online ordering system if you force customers to repeat the entire order over the phone? I was told it was randomly chosen by the system to prevent fraudulent orders. Seriously? I've never had to go through this with any online order from any company ever and I order everything online. The CS rep was more than happy to offer to cancel my order rather than stop the ridiculous treatment of a customer just trying to buy something from them. So now my order is canceled because I refuse to be randomly treated like a thief or have my time randomly wasted and disrespected to satisfy a random system request. It's not worth the hassle to buy from Appliance PartsPro. They don't want to make a sale without harrassing a customer.

I am sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. I have taken a look at your order, you placed the order with the next-day shipping option after the 4 PM EST cut-off time on a Friday, we shipped the part out that Monday, and then we had the New Year holiday which caused further delays. I do understand the part should have been delivered on 12/31 but failed to do so. Keep in mind we are not the courier and do not have control over the courier and the issues they may run into while trying to deliver during a busy holiday season. Unless you are 100% sure of your part, dont use or spend your money on this site. Regardless of the written return policy, even if you follow packing requirements and excellent condition of your part, they will op to keep your money and your part.You will also be out of the expensive return shipping cost as far as helping you they will direct you to the most expensive part that your repair might need in their inventory. Will not put myself though this again. Hope this info will help you.

Our return policy states that all parts must be in new and resalable condition, and that gas and electrical parts must not have been installed. With this type of policy, we depend on our warehouse employees to inspect and report all parts with signs of installation. Refusing to honor return policy
I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one.

I'm so sorry for the issue with your order. You have sent more than one review regarding the issue with this order. After you purchased the part back on 2/20/24, you emailed us several times asking about the installation of this part. I replied to those emails and in the emails you advised not once but twice that you installed the part. We assisted you with the installation via email and never heard back from you after 2/29/24. A return was set up on this order and the part was returned to the warehouse. Once the part was at the warehouse it was inspected and the return was rejected because the part showed signs of installation. Our return policy does state that we have a 365-day return policy, however, our return policy also states you can return any part for refund within that timeframe that has not been installed or shows signs of installation. You mentioned to us by email the part was installed thus the return was rejected.
On 5/7 I replied to your complaint and on 5/9 my colleague also replied to your complaint. In both emails we stated the part was returned to our Cleveland warehouse and if you wanted the part back, to be inspected by other professionals, you would need to contact us at 877-477-7278 and buy a return prepaid shipping label for $12.25. The part is on hold at our Cleveland location until 5/31/24, after which it will be disposed of.
We have emailed you many times explaining why we can't refund your part and I myself have called. On behalf of appliancepartspros.com I am sorry and wish to apologize for any confusion.

Don't buy products from this place. They sold me a defective dryer timer. When I returned the unit, they informed me that they would not be giving me a refund because it was installed. When the dryer timer was installed it caused my dryer to heat up when it was in the off position. I will never buy a product from here again.

I am sorry the timer was defective. Our parts do have a 1-year warranty on them. Since this was returned to our warehouse and they found it to be installed, they have disposed of this. We will get you a refund for the timer in the amount of $160.01 and for the shipping of $11.72.
I ordered a part for my Samsung dishwasher on Thursday evening. According to their policy, it should have shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The shipping label was indeed printed on Friday morning. My item didn't ship until Monday. Not having a working dishwasher is frustrating. When you have seven kids and are hand washing dishes for five days, it is very frustrating.

I ordered a drawer for my Kenmore fridge from this company. Although it was on back order they stayed in touch and informed me when it shipped a few weeks later—turned out that I ordered the wrong part. My fault. I should have let them help me order it. Anyway, I emailed Matt at Customer Service and he helped me find the correct part and advised me on how to return the wrong part. I talked to Crystal in Customer Service and she sold me a return label for $12.25 that would have otherwise cost me around $90 to ship back. I purchased a gasket for my refrigerator door. It was over $130, plus shipping. When I put it on, it didn't hold the door closed (and it was so badly made it tore at places). I called support, and they sent out a new one plus emailed me a postage paid return label. The new one was just as bad - I made a video of how poorly it worked. It was unusable. I asked for refund. They gave me a full refund, including shipping, within one day.
No excuses, no delays. They didn't make the gasket, they just sold it. I will definitely buy future parts from them, if needed.

I ordered an element for my stove. I put in the model and serial number for my stove. They sent me the element. I opened it to realize that the element didn't even match my other elements. I put the element back in the box. I paid to send it back to them. Then today, I received an email and said that I will not be able to get a refund because the part had been installed. How could I installed the part when the element didn't even match. Now I am out $189 plus the shipping fee that I had to pay to ship it back. Beware, because I feel that they just ripped me off on something that there was NO possible way that I could have installed it. The wiring and everything didn't match!

This company sells knockoff parts that don't work, are the wrong size - but, after calling they still claim they only sell genuine parts. My picture shows just how wrong their claim is! The part on the right came in an official looking bag with the correct part number on it - not even close to the right size! Steer clear of this company!
I do apologize the GE part is not the same as the original but this part was in a GE Factory bag. Manufacturers do make changes to parts over time. If we would have been contacted within the year, we could have either reshipped you another part or issue you a refund. Sometimes parts do get incorrectly packaged at the manufacturer. I am very sorry this part was not the correct one. Our parts have a 1 year warranty on them and that ran out 6/18/2022.

Not only did they have the parts needed for a refrigerator repair (when others did not), but the order was processed VERY fast. Placed an order on Monday late afternoon, standard shipping, and had the well-packaged parts in hand less than 24 hours later.

I put the wrong city on my order and when it failed to show up, I called for an update. It was then I discovered that it was my mistake and the part would probably be returned to them. Meanwhile, I told them I would pay for another one since I didn'; t have time to wait on the first order. A very nice lady with a sense of humor suggested that we double check to see that the part was correct for my refrigerator. After I finally found the serial number and info she needed, she told me that indeed the original order was wrong and she was sure the new one was correct. I thanked her for being so helpful and assuring me that this time the part would be correct, she jokingly said, "Well, I thought if you don't know what town you live in, it was a safe bet that I didn't know which part to order" Shortly thereafter the new, correct part arrived and about a month later the part I order first was returned to them and they gave me credit for the return.

This place is a joke. They charge extremly high prices for shipping and make sure they take their time to get it shipped. If you ever need a part don't use these clowns. Check Amazon for the part first or use a different supplier. 34.00 for a thermal fuse, same fuse on amazon 3 pack for 6.47 with two day delivery and no shipping charge. Never again!
