I was trying to access Microsoft and this 'ask-crew' sneaked in, enthusiastically assuring me that they would fix the problem. They only needed me to pay $1, which would be refunded if the problem was not fixed! They didn't fix the problem, but I found out later that, not only that they took the liberty to charge me not $1, but $69 per month as automatic deduction!
When I raised it with PayPal, they ruled in favor of the scammers because I did not provide evidence! How do I provide evidence of a service not delivered!?
