I am with bluehost and cancelled attracta November 2019 all of sudden this week they took $130 out of my account for services I have not used and there is no way at all to get in touch with them. How can they do this!?

AT&T seems to have been trying to improve their client services but seems still unsuccessful. They sent an email invitation to contact for a good price for a new internet contract, but when I phoned the agent offered a deal but suddenly forgot it and insisted that I had to contact them only on the last day of the current contract or the first day of a new contract. This boxed me into losing all internet service if I wouldn't accept their offer to be made at the deadline and didn't already have a new provider and device ready and waiting then. Later I got a billing notice with an increased charge because the service period would run into some days after the end of my current contract. I phoned and the agent offered a new contract at the same rate, speaking two and a half weeks rather than hours or minutes before the end of my current contract, and also saying that this was $20.00/month less than the "regular" rate and the new bill's increase would be removed, so it would be risky if I didn't accept then and there, so I did. This is the third time they've played the same game yearly.

First of all I scheduled a meeting and nobody bothered to call. It seems that other people have complained about this and their excuse was their system was down, lets see if we get a response with this one. Secondly they keep your FULL card details including CVC and there is no way to get that removed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE. Third their online chat system is bogus, there is no one ever live. Fourth no one ever picks up the phone when you call them. Five. I ordered service and they didn't EVEN ask which page to target. STAY AWAY from this service, they are a Micky mouse outfit and I have made a stern complaint to my hosting provider who recommended them.
Also on top of it all when you buy a service they say it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get it done. WAIT a minute. They are obviously trying to get away with the 30 days refund. Again you have been warned!
When I say the worst service I'm not making that up. If a company like this was running in the UK I promise you they would have been shut down.

I have tried reaching out through email, facebook, and phone calls and no reply. This company is a complete scam. Purchased one of their deals with a delivery date of 2-5 days. Its been 11 now with no reply to my request of status. Also purchased one of their link blasts and according to my dashboard, they did it to the wrong AND not even active domain. I reached out to have this fixed as well but no reply. Very unprofessional. Very unhappy with how this has been handled.

Link Blast Fraud on Black Friday. They sent me several promotional emails of offers on Black Friday. I purchased one of the Basic Link Blast which they was at 50% discount and was costing 10$ but when I processed my card details dont know how they debited full 20$ and I have written about 10 mails to them and no one has bothered to revert back on this cheating. Above that there is no information on links which they are supposed to generate for me and also no one has asked me my website link for which they have to make links. This is very disgusting to see that this scale of fraud and scam is happening over the internet and no one is taking any legal action against Attracta.

Reading this from quite a few people that have had the same problem.
We are UK based and their services are USA based. You will get nothing but a very large number of spam emails from American scammers.
In addition when you try and cancel the renewal they will take the money from your account even though you have mailed then declining renewal. If you have used this company and dont want them to access your bank account again you MUST get in touch with your bank and change your bank card. They do not need your 3 digit security or your card expiry to take additional payments
