Exceptionally great service

From the very beginning of my dealings with the banner company it was apparent the they were a very professional company. The amount of help and advise given was unbelievable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone asking.

Arcade Graphics

I used the design tool on the Bannerbuzz sit eto create a top see through banner and side art for an old arcade machine. Everything came out great. I would like to attach a picture of the final results but do not see a way to do that in this review form.

Avoid Banner Buzz
April 15, 2025

Ordered some graphics from Banner Buzz. Every time their artwork department sent a proof, it was wrong. There was a 1 week delay fixing each proof on their end. And when I asked questions they ignored. Then when it came time for delivery, they shipped using a FedEx method that missed the deliver time by now going on 3 days, which missed my event. Their answer? When the package arrives, just reject it. I've asked them to simply redirect the package by contacting FedEx, which everyone knows is something that can be done, and they say they can't do it. So unless I catch the FedEx driver before he drops off the package and leaves, apparently they won't issue a refund. Save your money and avoid Banner Buzz.

Partially satisfied

Banner buzz accepted to replace the damaged item quickly and without any debate. They sent us a new banner, that was well done, but they did not provide the little key to lock the structure in order to be able to make the replacement.

I called two times and over a dozen emails regarding the fact that our office was closed due to holidays. And I get to the office today Jan 2, and there is a sticker from FedEx stating they tried to deliver. How can this possibly go so wrong with so direct phone calls and so many emails? Unbelievable!

Easy to order, great product value

I had to repeatedly input the shipping address, as the payment address is a PO Box, and cannot be used. Im not sure why that needed to be input and corrected so many times, but it did make the experience a bit frustrating. I was impressed with the speedy reply and apology for this situation - and I do know that technology goes hand-in-hand with hiccups, so I won't hold it against BannerBuzz!

Great promotional products

The design team at Banner Buzz helped me get through some issues with my design and sent the product rapidly when it was ready. I am looking forward at flashing my company colors at or next event.

Shipping was of schedule
