I ordered a battery paid for it and that was easy peasey!
It; s now been 15 days and still no battery. Contacted them and was told it was sent by mail. They have no tracking number either. I emailed them for proof of sending and did not get a response. I live in ontario my mother lives in alberta and we get mail within a week!
Will not go this route again.
It takes so much time to go throught the website of this store because it is kind of complicated. If it is your first time usig a online store then you will find it difficult to navigate the website but after a few sessions you will get the hang of it and be very satisfied with what you get and I recommend it.
I do not trust this store because of their slow reponse time. A good store will always respod fast to its customers and be ready to answer any questions but that was not the case when I called. Maybe it was just a one time thing but I found it to be very annoying.
There are some batteries that are very expensive in this store, It is like there is so many tthings are already catered for in the price. If they are addding delivery money to the price and then still charging delivery money then that is very bad. It needs to change.
The delivery time of this store was really fast. I do not know if it is just me or the other peoplehave noticed it too. I like it when stores take their time to give people what they want and how they want it. I got my batteyr at a very affordable price which I could have not got from anywhere else.
The products are pretty good, I bought batteries for my walkie talkies and it worked much better than the last one.
Am using it to smooth out ripple and surges from my power supply, works great. As power supply matches use battery stays cool as it stays fully charged.
I ordered a cell phone battery Sep 13th; received Sep 26th. Emailed BatteryCanada Sep 27 to advise new battery would not hold a charge. After 3 hr on charge showed 0% charge. Also requested information on how to return the battery. Instead of providing the information I requested BatteryCanada chose to send me a replacement battery. In the meantime I had had my phone assessed at a repair shop and was advised it was too old to be updated with software updates. I decided to replace the phone so had no need of a replacement battery. Advised BatteryCanada that I had replaced my old phone and again requested instruction on how to return the batteries. Was advised since I had a software problem it was deemed that the battery was not the problem and I was to return both batteries at my cost if I wanted a refund. I inquired what their return policy is since I could not find it nor a link to it on their website. They have still not provided me with their return policy. This experience has affected my regard for this company since it has been so difficult to see a standard policy as their return policy.
I order my daughter's & mine laptop battery but i select wrong model for my daughter, which i found on arrival and when i contact BATTERYCANADA they help me to find correct model also accept my return battery and refund the amount. Thanks

J'aurais beaucoup aimé savoir que ce type d'entreprise existait. Au lieu de remplacer toute la batterie de secours, on garde le gros boîtier noir et on ne remplace que la batterie intérieur. Un beau geste pour le portefeuille mais aussi pour l'écologie. Suggestions d'amélioration: inclure dans la livraison des consignes sur où et comment se débarrasser de l'ancienne batterie.

Sales and Service departments worked great together to ensure I received the correct battery for my laptop. On their advice ordered, delivered, charged and is working beautifully.
It only took one week to receive my battery. It was charged and is working fine. I am pleased with the battery, so far, and was pleased that it works - much better than the original.
Nokia BV-T4D battery for my old Lumia 950 worked perfectly, despite not being official Nokia (which it didn't pretend to be). The phone is now dead due to age and abuse (!), but the battery bought me another few months.
