From other reviews and my own experience, this business has the practice of sending emails to customers telling them "delivery was attempted" when in fact, they never sent the item. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter's surprised engagement celebration. I had been home waiting all day with three large dogs who bark like crazy when anyone approaches the house. We also have large floor to ceiling windows around the front door so there is no chance a delivery could have been missed. When I saw the email, at about 2pm on the that day, I immediately called them. They gave me all kind of excuses, promised a call back and even told me a "customer rep" would call me within 30 mins to give me an update. And that the order could still be delivered until 8pm that day. Call not received and strawberries missing from our champagne toast. When I called them again, they offer a "free delivery coupon"... laughable. I also see they removed the ability to post reviews from their website or Google... Lots and lots of complaints from people with the same issue... Stay away from this company

I had placed an order at 8am to be delivered the same day, by 8pm. The order never arrived! I tried using the chat with a representative online but the bot kept saying it couldn't process my requests. So after 30 minutes of searching for an actual phone number I called and spoke with a woman who had an almost incomprehensible accent and all she could do was ask me to verify every bit of my information. I asked WHERE IS MY ORDER? She told me that the vendor will be delivering it the next day from 9am-8pm. I asked why wasn't it delivered TODAY and she said the local vendor could not get it out. I asked WHO IS THE VENDOR and she said she couldn't tell me. I told her this RUINED my mother's birthday because my dad passed away 3 months ago and this was supposed to be a gift in his honor for her birthday. I asked if they were going to give me a credit, NO CREDIT WAS OFFERED, just to fulfill the order A DAY LATE. I almost said ok deliver it, and then I was going to dispute the charges the next day, but I just said cancel the effing berries. The girl kept apologizing and in my rage I yelled YOU AREN'T SORRY SO QUIT SAYING THAT! I AM THE ONE WHO IS SORRY THAT YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR SOME $#*!TY UNETHICAL COMPANY AND I HOPE THIS IS A RECORDED LINE HALFWAY AROUND THE WORLD.
This company is a scam and should be shut down.

The huge amount of (non-biodegradable, toxic to the environment, and unrecyclable) polystyrene used was ridiculous. Even if polystyrene is recycled in a community (it isn't in most places), it was glued to plastic wrap that couldn't be removed, so it was unrecyclable. A much smaller amount could have been used to serve the same purpose and kept everything cool, since the 2 boxes were small. And the tiny bundt "cakes" were the size of donuts and tasted like snack cakes from your local grocery store, for way less. $45 was too much for them and the 12 strawberries. The chocolate chipped off the whole strawberry when taking the first bite, leaving the rest of the berry without chocolate. The quality has sure gone downhill since it was bought out.

I originally ordered an edible arrangement for Mother's Day, which was scheduled to be delivered between May 9th and 11th, but never arrived. When I reached out to customer service the following Monday, I was told that the order had been canceled, even though I received no notification of this happening. I was then asked if I wanted a replacement order and a $15 credit to which I agreed to and was given a new order number. I was told the arrangement would arrive the following day between 9am and 8pm. Unsurprisingly, the order still had not arrived by the end of the next day, and when I went to track the order, the number I was given didn't even work. Reaching out to customer support for the 3rd or 4th time now, I was told that the order number didn't match with my recipient's name and that the original arrangement was no longer available. I was then offered a similar "upgraded" arrangement (an add-on of 12 dipped strawberries) and told that it would be delivered the following day. This time, the order number worked, however, the "upgraded" arrangement was at least $15 less than the original arrangement I had asked for, and it did not include the 12 dipped strawberries I was promised. Exasperated by this point and debating on just canceling the order altogether, I reached back out to customer support to see if I could have the order modified to include the 12 dipped strawberries. Unfortunately, they told me that was no longer possible. It is now May 15th, and I still have not received my mom's Mother's Day gift. I have bought from this company in the past several times and have never had any issues, nor so many, on a single order. At this point, I don't feel comfortable doing business with them again.

Cooked Berries

Ice pack did not protect berries. Received a completely destroyed order for Mother's Day. Paid for Saturday delivery. Stayed home to receive and refrigerate. Customer service offered to redeliver order and provide $15 credit after 1 hour. We simply wanted a full refund. We did not want a redelivery. If you live in the Palm Springs area or any hot climate, do not order from 1800 or Sheri's Berries. They have not fully learned how to handle fruit ordered like Harry and David's. If I was able to post a photo, it might turn your stomach.

These strawberries came in a regular, uninsulated box. They were warm and the box was covered with ants. Luckily none were inside but this was the worst packaging I had ever received from your company. The shipping still shows "preparing order" I never got any updates like I always had in the past. Every strawberry was warm but my wife still took them inside and put them in the refrigerator. I am very disappointed with the quality of this order and the lack of updates. If I had known they were delivered, I could have called and had them brought in when they were delivered. Tried to work with the automated chat service, which was useless because it never addressed my concerns. Kept saying my order was being delivered the next day, even though it had been dropped at my front porch hours earlier. This was a very disappointing Mother's Day gift and not up to your past standards.

I ordered a large box of their berries for my mother for Mother's Day 2025. They arrived mushy and rotten and the chocolate was completely melted. Not edible at all. Then the nightmare began. I couldn't get a hold. I attempted their chat, I finally found a phone number and called that. The person on the other end yawned repeatedly and told me that I not have a refund because they were delivered. It went on and on. Altogether I have now spent almost an hour and a half

Horrible! They came 2 days late and half of the Strawberries were rotten. This Company and it's customer service are terrible. Sent over 15 emails for almost 2 weeks. Recieved bot responses from them. Sent me an email today saying there having problems with there email. This Company is a complete joke! PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY, PROMISE TO NEVER USE YOY AGAIN!

Ordered through 1800 flowers and was supposed to get my order on Valentines day. Then I was supposed to get the order today by 2:10 it's now after 4pm and I still haven't received the order. By the time I get the strawberries they will be nasty.

Wet fermented Berries!

This was my second year ordering from Shari's Berries. This year 2025 I ordered 2 dozen for me and 6 for my husband. When they came a day Late, they were very wet, ice packs were unthawed and the Berries were fermented. NEVER EVER will I use this company again. Not to mention very sticky on the outside of the box. We were so dissatisfied after spending over $100.00 and couldn't even eat them.

Berries never delivered

Ordered a week before date. Promised delivery missed. Customer service would not help until order was missed by more than 2 days. Online Customer Service is Automated Junk. Tries to reschedule delivery instead of issuing refund. Go into loop with 7 minutes between texts.Horrible experience.

Ordered 2 weeks in advance but never delivered.
My husband is a "premier Member" of Sherri's Berries. He has sent them to me, our daughter, granddaughter, and his mother for past 14 years. In the past 2 years we have had 3 missed deliveries. When delivered in the evening after sitting in the delivery truck all day, expect them to be melted and soggy. This last experience they also double charged my husband's card. He spent an hour on the phone to get it credited only to have the charge back on the next day.
We are done.
Notice his email states "your smiles have been delivered" but really just one order was delivered.

I had two orders for my grandchildren. One order got delivered at 7:45pm at bedtime. The other order never arrived. They said they would refund me for second order after many text messages. We will see if I get it. I looked and they get 1.2 out of 5. I should have looked at reviews.

I ordered 20dozen strawberries for an event and they only delivered one box! It took three days of chatting with them (since there is no phone number or email) to get them to finally agree to refund- mind you this was well over $800. They assured me I would receive a call and delivery the following day- which never happened. I am astounded by how unorganized and uncaring they are. Horrible horrible horrible. Never again!
