We have had a very poor experience with BVM. Zero ROI, always trying to upsell, and honestly not a magazine I would read. When we wanted to end our contract, customer service would not respond to our inquiries. Buyer beware!
While we're disappointed to hear about your experience, we do not promise a specific return on investment. We build brand trust and recognition by consistently helping businesses reach their ideal customers. All terms of the agreement are also available in writing before signing.
I was surprised an interview was not conducted in person but instead received a questionnaire to complete. I was also surprised the photographer emailed to let me know they were not paid for their work and I could purchase photos from them.
The project turned out lovely.
