The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and personable and helped me choose another set. She sent me a return label and within a week and a half I had the new set. I received notifications to let me know they had received the bangle, and they immediately credited my credit card for the difference. The quality of the bangles is good, and I have received complements. I am considering buying a second set. I purchased the 5MM weight. The larger MM is very strong but was too strong for my tiny wrists. Probably perfect for a larger wrist or a man. I am happy with my set, and the sale price seems to be reasonable.
