I had very successful results with Jerry at bleachstain.com. My oriental wool carpet had a large brown stain from using oxyclean on the carpet. I tried baking soda, water, vinegar and other cleaners. Nothing worked. Then i found bleachstain.com and emailed them. Jerry was very prompt and helpful. I sent him photos and he walked me through the process. He answered all my questions as we went along. After the first application the stain was about 65 to 70 percent gone. I needed more product and jerry sent this to me without charge. The second application completed the process. I am so relieved. This is a large carpet and i am very happy with the results. Jerry was great every step of the way.
