The overall reputation of BMB Matrix is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to persistent communication issues, delayed refunds, and unfulfilled promises. Many customers report feeling misled, with legal action being a common recourse. While a minority of reviews highlight successful experiences and positive interactions with specific staff members, these are overshadowed by the overwhelming sentiment of frustration and financial loss. The company's customer service approach appears reactive rather than proactive, often responding only when negative feedback is publicly posted. This suggests a need for substantial improvements in communication and accountability.

I am very upset with BMB matrix. I still have not received my refund. Back In June 2024, I removed negative review because they reached out to me and asked me to remove negative review so they can release payment. The total refund was supposed to be sent in installments. They sent 2 payments and they stopped. After back and forth emails, i heard from "*******@bmbmatrix.com" on oct 22,2024 that due to system delays my payment will be delayed. Email said i should expect to receive payment in 60 to 90 days and they will apply 2% interest fee to my total refund. Ok so I waited and seems like 90 days ended on jan 22,2025. Today is March 3,2025 and still nothing. I want my refund. I sent follow up email on Jan 12 asking about update but no reply yet. I have no choice but to report review here. I can provide copy of the email if needed.
It is with great discontent that I convey my exceedingly negative experience. My account has been deactivated, and, regrettably, the support team was unable to provide assistance in this matter. Upon my request for a refund, I was presented with a contract, which I duly executed; however, to my dismay, I have yet to receive the reimbursement of my funds. Therefore, I unequivocally do not recommend their services.
Look me up on facebook Jeremy Stauffer, message me and lets all get together and take this scamming company down. They owe me over $30,000
Complete scam! Don't let these newest flood of reviews fool you! Tom (and his complete family) have been a scammer for YEARS! They understand the art of conning. We have lost all our savings. This business does not deliver ANY of the promises that it makes. We were give empty excuses of payment (see pic below) Don't fall for any of it. He and his team will take the money and run. But prison bars will be in his future very soon.
If you have been affiliated with BMB Matrix in any way, please come to this FaceBook page: BMB MATRIX SCAM! THEY MUST BE STOPPED.
We are currently posting best practices as to where to file complaints and steps moving forward. Also a great place to share your experience with this company.
If you are currently looking to invest with this company, please do not waste your money.
I am going to share this here as I know that the leadership of this company, if you can call it that, reads the reviews.
Per Article 3.1, I am entitled to a mediation process and would like to exercise that right as soon as possible.
I will pick the mediation group, just let me know when "Tom" is available. If I do not receive a response, I will be forced to get an attorney.
If you are contemplating using this service just google BMB Matrix lawsuits. Even other companies are suing them for posting fake reviews on their websites.
Please do not spend any money on this company as it is a scam. We were brought on board for our Amazon store, but they completely changed their business model without telling us.
After they changed their business entirely, they told us that they owed us money, however, when it is time for us to be paid, they keep pushing the date back. As of now, there is literally no way for us to contact anyone there. No internal communication, no working phone number and they do not respond to email.
Please do not waste your money.
Worst company ever! Biggest scam ever. I am starting a class action law suit. They have ripped off hundreds of working people. They will be answering to the FEDS and Attorney General soon! My name is Sally Bright find me on Facebook and find the group BMB MATRIX SCAMS. Let's shut this fradulent company and people DOWN!
Seems that multiple others below are citing similar concerns but here is my experience:
I worked with BMB Matrix for a few months, and ultimately lost money on the investment. Based on this poor performance, I asked for a refund, to which I was given a contract noting the money would be returned to me in installments. All the checks were late, no one from their team would respond, and ultimately the checks have since stopped. They have thousands of dollars that are mine, and they refuse to give it back.
The only time they did reach back out to me was to ask me to take my previous review down! I think this speaks to the character of this business. They have no concern for paying back investors, and only care if people review them online.
This was overall a terrible experience. I would recommend that others stay away.
Do not trust this company they will scam you! They owe me thousands of dollars in reimbursements (because after months of paying for the service I actually lost money) and they refuse to pay! We have a contract that they are blatantly in breach of, and they could not care less! I call, email - all to no reply.
To work on getting my money back I have had to engage contract lawyers - working with BMB Matrix has been one of my worst decisions ever. Please please stay away!
UPDATE: As we continue to band together to shut down Tom/ Emily, BMB Matrix and Value Vault. In addition to filing with the FTC, FBI and Banks is great but please reach out to all 4 detectives at the Moorsetown Police Station. They need to hear from ALL of us individually. Leave a voice mail for them. Make it clear this Value Vault store is operating under there jurisdiction in the Moorsetown Mall. Their phone number is 235-1405, you can look up the area code. Hit extension 5 for Criminal Investigation and then the detective extensions are 1, 2, 5 and 6 and * for the Criminal Investigation Secretary. YOU MUST ALSO FILE with your LOCAL police department and tell them to transfer the matter to the Moorsetown Police Station. We all have our breach contracts, proof of our wire transfers, some of us have the never functional dashboards with barely pennies returned to us. We are out probably close to half a million combined. This is no small matter. We just needed to get this info into the right hands.
Over the past few months, several of us victims have connected online to support one another through this devastating SCAM. Collectively, we are owed nearly $500,000.
Today, we received our third set of "Update" videos from Tom. Unlike the previous updates in October and November—where he apologized for delays and assured us we'd start seeing returns on our investments, in this set of videos, Tom discussed his new shelving business and his new moving businesses. Regarding retail he claimed December was BMBs most profitable month. He mentioned reinvesting 80k in inventory due to being "sold out of most of the good inventory."
Meanwhile, we've seen NO RETURNS on our investments. Each video promised that the next video would provide a clear game plan for January and February profits, but no such plan was ever delivered. We are entering our 5th month of no financial return.
It's clear these videos are an attempt to placate us and delay more potential lawsuits. Instead, they're insulting and infuriating. We didn't invest in shelving or moving businesses. Those ventures offer us no returns.
Their contract has been breached countless times. While they boast about their success, we're left with nothing, many of us having lost our life savings. They have now sent this 3rd round of pointless videos to try and appear genuine. They are anything but. Refund requests are ignored, communication is dismissed, and when they do respond, it's only to offer more empty excuses without taking any responsibility. No money is ever paid out.
DO NOT PROCEED. BMB Matrix is a SCAM
I had the worst experience with BMB Matrix. I started my Amazon automation business with them in July 2023 but never had any profit. They sent me an agreement to return my money in 4 instalments (11 June, 11 July, 11 August and 11 September). I was waiting for my checks to arrive and sent a couple of emails but there were no responses from their side. After 11th July 2024, I posted about my bad experience with this company as I didn't receive my first 2 installments. As soon as I posted over the trust pilot, I got a call from their attorney, and they said they would pay my first 2 installments as quickly as possible. They returned my first 2 instalments in July because their reputation was in trouble. They promised to send the next checks on Aug 11 and Sep 11 respectively. Then they told me they would send both checks together on Oct 22. I am still waiting and sent a couple of emails about the checks but no reply from their side. They hanged me like anything. Their attorney said he no longer works with them. Please stay away from such companies and never trust them.
I got an agreement from bmb that they will return my money invested a year ago in 4 instalments(1400*4).
I am still waiting for my first check which was supposed to be sent on 11 June 2024.I tried calling the company and sending many messages over Basecamp but no one replied.
On 07/10/2024 Xavier reached out to me from BMB and they are solving the issues internally.

My biggest mistake was trusting TOM,Emily, and Xavier. I signed up for an Amazon 5k plan with BMB MATRIX and never made a single sale, and both of my Amazon and Ebay accounts got closed because of their poor management. I left a review for the first time, than Tom immediately called me to remove my review, and he agreed to refund my money, but unfortunately he paid only 3 times of $499.00. After that, my number was blocked. I paid him a lump sum amount, but when it comes my refund, I have to beg for my own money. Please, it's a request. Don't trust TOM, EMILY, or Xavier. They are all LIARS, CHEATERS, DISHONEST PEOPLE.
Hi Bmb matrix this is totally disappointed I got my refunded just for $5600 I am still waiting on other Cheque please send my refund immediately
Guys please don't fall with this company they are scammers and all their reviews are fake the took my $20000 and they are not in contact and also my Amazon ac got deactivated still now I am struggling to open my ac please don't fall for this scammer
SCAM WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Scam/ Potential Ponzi Scheme
I urge anyone considering investing in BMB Matrix to conduct thorough research before proceeding. I wish I found this info before I lost my HUGE investment:
1. Legal Troubles:
Since December 2023, at least FIVE lawsuits have been filed against BMB. A simple search for "BMB Matrix lawsuits" will reveal the details.
2. Fake Locations:
All addresses associated with BMB Matrix are INVALID. 3 are WeWork offices, 1 is a Walgreens, 1 goes to "A Registered Agent, Inc.", totally unrelated to BMB. The only potentially legitimate address is their "Value Vault" store in the Morristown Mall, NJ, which appears to be a front to project legitimacy. I spoke to Emily and their hours are 11-6 most days.
3. Phone number out of order:
Their 800 # is out of service. When it was operational no one ever answered.
4. Fake Reviews:
Negative reviews are often followed by a wave of generic 4-5 star reviews in an attempt to bury the honest reviews. Especially watch for the positive reviews about their beta / retail program. These are 100% fake.
This is where the bait and switch occurs. They upgraded me from Amazon/ Ebay to their "Beta / Retail Program". It exceeded my expectations. BUT payouts were ALWAYS late, even up to a month late. Once they convince of their selling power, they required a new contract and bigger re-investment. There was no reason to doubt based on performance. Once I reinvested ALL SALES STOPPED! Contact was ignored, or I was given lots of empty promises and lies. When I threatened to make this info public they started a plan to pay me out every 2 weeks. The payouts have been tiny. This week $45. They have over $31k of my investment and they paid me $45 this week. WATCH OUT!
5. Frequent Rebranding:
The company has operated under various names, including Build My Brand, TomParkerCo, Digital Supply Inc., and appears to now be transitioning to or affiliated with Value Vault. I have found 8 different websites.
6. BAD REVIEWS
Research their reviews on Reddit, Trustpilot, SiteJabber, Ripoff Report, Google Reviews, PissedConsumer, ComplaintsBoard (under build my brand) and the Better Business Bureau. The common theme is significant financial loss, disappearing, unfulfilled promises, ghosting, ignoring refund demands, promising to refund then ghosting, lies, blatant breach of contract.___
I dont believe the names of the characters running this show are real. Tom Quincy/Parker are American names, "Tom" is African. As for the others its hard to know. Emeli Perez, David J Stone, James Matthews, Charlotte Montague, Xavier Cole, Randy J. Nothing is real here, addresses, phone numbers, contracts, promises, and possibly names. They are criminals!
While their services and offerings appear innovative and appealing, the delivery is non-existent, communication is deplorable, the monetary losses are devastating. My experience has been brutal and stressful beyond belief for almost a year. Please exercise extreme caution and investigate thoroughly.
For those that have already been scammed you can file a complaint online:

There are MANY of us out tens of thousands of dollars. You are welcome to mail me at BMBScam gmayle. A growing number of us are banding together to take legal action in a group.
Ive got endless amounts of proof text and video. In the attachments you can see lots of smooth words, apologizes, excuses, promises to do better, but the money NEVER comes. This is a fraction of my receipts.
1 Star
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They took my money, failed to deliver on their promises, and have left me with no choice but to take legal action with federal authorities. I hired them to develop multiple online stores, expecting a smooth and professional process. Instead, I've encountered endless delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability.
I've been waiting on a payment of $16,000 since August. Despite promising payment on two separate occasions, they failed to follow through, and now they're telling me it will take an additional 60 days. This company is nothing but lie after lie.
Their customer service is a joke—unresponsive, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. After exhausting every possible way to resolve this issue, I've contacted an attorney and will be pursuing legal action with federal authorities to hold them accountable. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration of dealing with such an unreliable and unethical business.
After getting our mature (in operation and profitable before signing with BMB) Amazon store permanently suspended and also our Ebay store we were finally offered a refund. Issues from day one have been communication, not shipping items on time, refunds, returns, policy violations, ect. The refund is $25k. The closure agreement stated that starting 180 days after signing that we would receive $1800 checks mailed every month until refund amount was paid. We did not sign and asked for a full payment up front by ach. The same method we paid the initial buy in as well as all invoices. A month later we were told the closure agreement could not be amended. Communication has always been horrible. We had our attorney send BMB a demand letter. It was returned as undeliverable. Seems the only way to get them to respond is to post a negative review.
Horrible management, always out of stock, no shipping nonexpleain to customer. Do not answer customer questions ontime, return to wrong address( wrong return label), I had to reship again to their warehouse, every thing is bad experience.
And most of all. No refund. Everyone who can not get the refund check ( they say pay me back in 10checks, and stopped after 5, they said had to wait), please file with Pa and NJ. General attorney office. We must close this business. Action. Action
BMB matrix is the worst financial decision of my life. I saw the red flags, but I didn't pay attention. Please please do not be like me with BMB. The gaslit me to believe they'd refund my 10k. But they never did. They also threaten to sue over bad reviews. So, please avoid BMB at all cost. Lastly, be aware of their new name
This is the go to company if your looking to start an online business. In the beginning I was a little hesitant to sign up due to an experience with another company. There are ups and downs but overall this is a profitable business. I recently joined their Retail program and sales have really skyrocketed.
Long time client of Bmb Matrix. For a few months my Amazon store was deactivated but they worked hard to get me back up and running. I was moved over to there retail program and things couldn't be better. Thank you to Xavier who has kept and opening line of communication and all of his hard work and efforts.
Sales took a little longer than expected but they were able to get my Amazon store to point
Were It started to become profitable. I was also recently upgraded to their new beta program which I like
A lot. With their new program sales has ramped up through their retail locations.
Answer: Hi Arthur, thank you for inquiring if you would like more information please feel free to schedule a demo with one of our ecommerce experts.
Answer: Good morning, Nicole we apologize if there was a lack of communication. Please feel free to reach out to your project manager to address any concerns you may have.
Davida Horn and Dion Zanders originally signed up for our Standard package Feb 9th 2024. After several months of their store's performance, Davida was pleased with the service and the results of her joint store with Dion, and decided to open her own store on June 11th 2024.
Davida Horn signed up for our Pilot Retail sales program, in which we allocate products on our retail sales floor to clients. As products would sell on the retail floor, the sales would be allocated to the clients. Over the course of 3 months Davida Horn's retail store program generated $32,600 in sales which resulted in $9,800 in profits. As our retail program expanded, Davida Horn was presented with an option to purchase inventory upfront for a higher rate of return. After several zoom calls and conversations, Davida Horn entered into an agreement to purchase $25,000 of inventory on September 7th 2024. This purchase agreement was for a term of 12 months, stating that her inventory would be placed on our retail and ecommerce channels. As the items would sell, BMB would initiate distributions to Davida for the sale of goods sold.
Within two weeks into the purchase, Davida Horn was not satisfied with how fast the inventory was selling and began making threats and false accusations and statements regarding BMB. Among her claims were operating a fake warehouse, having fake staff, and having fake inventory.
On October 25th, Davida Horny attempted to blackmail BMB Matrix by demanding an immediate refund of the products in which she purchased or she would begin to post negative reviews about our company. Not only would she post negative reviews, but she would gather her friends, family, and Dion to also post false reviews and accusations about BMB Matrix.
These threats included contacting news outlets, our retail location, mall management, Federal agencies, and review websites such as Reddit, Trust Pilot, Sitejabber and other review websites. Her claim further stated that we would go to Home Depot to shoot our promotional videos and that our business addresses were all fake.
As Davida Horn continued to make these unhinged threats, BMB staff was left perplexed and worried for both our health and safety as well as Davida Horn's mental state. As a result, we took precautionary measures by hiring security in our warehouse locations to protect our staff from any harassment from Davida Horn's claims.
Throughout this time, BMB attempted to resolve things amicably with Davida by closing her account and returning her inventory but she refused any attempts of resolution. Instead, Davida continued to spiral out of control by making more threats to tarnish our company's reputation by continuing to make false and outrageous claims regarding our company even creating a Facebook group which is listed below:
Throughout this time of Davida Horn's threats, BMB was resolute in not engaging in her attempts to blackmail our company. As it became clear that Davida Horn would continue with her bogus claims, we decided it was time to not only publicly respond, and move decisively with legal action for harassment, blackmail, and defamation.
In closing, we believe in resolving all client matters internally but in this case when a client is attempting to cause financial harm and blackmail our company with such outrageous claims, then we are left with no choice but to defend our reputation. We've created a public folder with all relevant information regarding Davida Horn and all communication with BMB Matrix.
