This company is very shady. They committed to a price for shades that was in my budget provided that we dealt in cash only. Then called the day before we signed the contract and said that the price now changed because they missed some windows. But still wanted to deal in cash only. I would NEVER recommend budget blinds to anyone! If you don't believe me read the additional reviews that have been submitted.
How this company remains in business is a true mystery! They have send installers on four different occasions and still no blinds. The brackets were missing, then the wrong valence was shipped, then the brackets were bent. This has been going on since March, 2022 and still the job is not complete. What a nightmare and there is never a person to speak to who knows anything about the job. I regret the day I called these incompetent people.
ALL WINDOW COVERING "COMPANIES" are CIA NSA fronts. The blinds, shades, draperies have listening devices built in. A CIA bugger confirmed that they cannot be removed. Both agencies, and the FBI too, have kept me from working for 20 + Years See the attached pic of a text that was sent to me...Americans will very soon have a choice, fight or flight...OK?
All the world window covering companies are controlled by the US Government, because the blinds, shades, draperies, etc are in YOUR HOUSE, to listen to you.
We are still waiting for a call to schedule a service call on shade installation (un)completed many weeks ago. One shade is "locked" in place (closed) and cannot be moved. We are weighing our legal options and report again shortly. In the meantime..."buyer beware".
Update: Finally the owner & installer arrived to service our new installation. Minor issues were resolved and we are looking forward to a better relationship. The shades are fine, the price is good and installation is satisfactory. It took some time but we are now happy with the purchase.
This company has no sense for business. It take them 3 days someone to call you back. They give you time to visit the site, they never turn up. They don't call or text to say if the can make it. The price quote They give you is 90% higher than anyone else. Stay away from this company.

I had absolutely love my custom blinds. My salesperson, Jason was awesome and very patient during the entire process that I called the office and asked them to please schedule another appointment with Jason to order blinds for our bedroom. My installer Phillip and Preston was very professional and accommodating while putting up our beautiful blinds.
Awful! We found Mauricio to be making untrue statements and promises, lots of gaslighting, took down our existing blinds and then never finished the job. Kept our deposit. Ignores our emails and texts and never finished the job and kept our $1700 deposit.
I should have looked for reviews before hiring this company, I am very disappointed and I don't even have a response from them anymore.

Purchased roller shades for my French door back in June of 22. It's now November 10th and they still haven't gotten it right. First attempt one of the 3 shades bottom rail was scratched up and one would go up about 3/4 then stop for a couple seconds and then it continued on it way to the top. They ordered a replacement. After waiting for it to arrive and install it was determined that it was the wrong color. It's still up because they had to order another one. Who knows how long it's going to take. Wanted shades for my living room they came back with an outrageous price. When I asked about it she sent a email stating that because my windows were over 50 inches wide and my kitchen window was only 40 inches. I called and tried to tell her that the windows were the same width. I would think Demery would have come back out and remeasured. No, she wanted me to take pictures with a tape measure and send them to her cell phone. I'm one person with 2 hands so how am I supposed to do that. I canceled the order and told her I would be waiting for the replacement for the french door. 6 months later. For the record this is the Moorestown, Collingswood offices Demery Hana was the rep for the living room windows. Theresa McGoldrick handled the rest of the business. I was going to do my living room and bedrooms. I will but not with Budget Blinds.
We ordered shade for the office and living room and requested Hunter douglas top down bottom up style. They installed some off brand shades that do not connect to an app and are not what we ordered. Learned later that the owner of the company is the salesman!
I purchased blinds from budget blinds because they came with a one time free replacement. They are very poor quality and fuzzy and easily dented. Two years later I am trying to get my free replacements but my calls go to voice mail and are never returned. Scam!
Will break on you. Spend thousands of dollars for $#*!. They suck, don't waste your money like we did.

We are not satisfied with the Budget Blinds / Ameritex (shutter manufacturer) customer service and quality of the plantation shutters which were installed in end of May 2022. Mike and Michelle didn't show-up to inspect the issue when we call for defect support. We had taken time to inspect every shutter in all the rooms; we could see many of the shutter louvers are not closing tight (there are big gaps in many of them), several are not closing and opening uniformly, and some louvers appear to have unusual very loose movements where they are attached to the hidden control lever. Found bubbles and terrible paint work on louvers. The hidden tilt mechanism and the build of the shutters were very poor design from the day one. We do not have any faith and confidence with the Budget Blinds customer service and Ameritex shutter product quality after our bad experience. We ordered shades from Budget blinds and they were quick to respond and to act. Eric came to our house, measured our windows and gave us an estimate which was as good if not actually better than another estimate we had obtained. We had previously used the Budget Blind company in a condo and were very pleased with their work. They cone through very wrll this time also and did not disappoint us at all. We are thrilled to have worked with Budget Blinds and would not use anyone else hfor any window or door coverings that we might need. Thank you. Budget
