Very happy with the refrigerant and fast delivery. Packaging was good as well. The trigger on the gauge provided with refrigerant will get stuck for whatever reason and I lost some Freon because of that. Though negligible, very disappointing.

Budget Heating & Air
Everything went good. Everything was ready to pick up when I got to Budget A/C and HEAT. Was missing one piece of insulation for the 7/8 copper tubing I bought. But I should have checked everything. Overall a very good experience with staff and the men that helped me load my truck. I highly recommend BUDGET AND HEATING OF TAMPA FL.
Had an issue with a piece of equipment. Was covered under warranty. Got replacement piece quickly. Great experience

My experience with Budget AC is a positive one. There customer service is friendly and helpful. Make sure you follow up the online purchase with a phone call to customer service a day or so after to make sure everything in the system is clear and as you need it for delivery or so.
Overall everything was great, but I did feel like the processing time between the time of purchase to the time of the product to be shipped out did take a lot longer than expected
Slow delivery, No notification I called several times. First time I never was able to talk to anyone so I called a different location

I have ordered Bosch AC system. Mike took care of my order and answered my all questions. When you call them for updates there was no wait time and and someone picked the phone. Only little hick ups was in the ship time after order. It took them 7 days after my order to shipment left the site. So, please call them after one day of order and confirm your address. Otherwise from shipping to delivery, I was constantly get updated when I use my shipment tracking, got the detail of shipment movement. Even tracking company call me day before the delivery. Web site fairly easy to navigate. Price of equipment very good. I shopped around. I am a 40 year veteran of hvac trade. Even the contacts I have could not sell the equipment I purchased at such a discount. I did have a couple issues with getting the order and delivery completed. Had to pick up at terminal, Trucking company could not deliver on day I took off from work to receive equipment. Delivery fee was still the same.

Equipment can be tricks to source on line. As a field technician, I historically have picked up all equipment at regional supply houses. Budget has opened a trustworthy avenue for online equipment purchasing. After I ordered the unit, they called before shipping to verbally verify it was what I ordered and to clarify how to receive the shipment a d what to do if some is wrong. Unit received in a timely manner on a lift gate truck meaning it wasn't just thrown around.
I got the blower and for now the its working. I returned the broken blower and have yet to recieve conformation if my funds were returned. Other then that, I'm good.
A/C recharge kit for my business ice maker arrived in about a week. Everything on the order was correct.
