The worst company I've ever dealt with. If you are considering ordering from these guys, I'd look elsewhere and find a more reliable company.
I purchased the wrong drill online, I want to speak to someone and no one answers the emails, and the phone department goes directly to busy when ever you phone. Terrible terrible service
I have purchased many clothing items from Banggod and have been quite satisfied. I did have an issue where one of the clothing items were damaged. I sent them pics but took to my seamstress for fixing. Very minor repair. I emailed them the receipt and was credited in points on my account. I have 7 orders to them now and love their line. From the time of shipping I usually receive in 1-1-1/2 weeks via Canada Post. All items have been exactly what I expected to receive. I will continue to purchase in the future. Love that there are no duties to be paid on my purchases. For clothing I do suggest that you always review the size chart measurements as some products differ in sizing, items are not always the same.
V good it got here fast, and it's a nice knife great for cutting, trimming and slicing, I got it to replace one I lost which had a little blade store in the handle this one hasn't got that it folds up I preferred the old one but it's still pretty nice

Bought an item that was very poor quality, tried to email to arrange return and refund they didn't respond. Tried calling no answer so my husband also emailed and no reply to him either.

I recently purchased a Box for a makita angle grinder. The advertisement on "Buyaparcel" stated that the box and inlay would take the angle grinder the charger and two batteries. (Exactly what I wanted) however what was sent was a smaller box with an inlay that will not take the charger and batteries. I have now emailed them twice and had no response. A real shame as the speed of delivery and prices appear to be good and I would have used them again for sure. I will try calling them in a few days and how communication is better thaty way.

First shower pump was damaged in transport and in one phone call a new one was send out and the damaged one collected.
