My only issue was with how long it took to get the item- 3 weeks (at least) from when I ordered it to when it finally arrived.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others avoid the same mistake. The product I received was far below the level of quality advertised. What looked like a unique and well-crafted item online turned out to be cheaply made and clearly not worth the price. What made the situation worse was the company's return policy, which is extremely unfair and clearly designed to protect them—not the customer. They make it very difficult to get a refund or return a product, even when it's clear the item doesn't meet reasonable expectations. I now believe many of the positive reviews on their site are misleading, if not entirely false. I can promise you mine is not. I'm an angry and very dissatisfied customer who trusted this company and was completely let down. These types of businesses prey on consumers who are searching for something special, only to deliver disappointment. I strongly urge others to avoid this company. Spend your money elsewhere—on a business that values transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Ordered the ballsack and golf balls with a character I created on their website. When I got in the mail it was so much better looking than I had imagined. Very happy with both products. Great quality, faster shipping than I expected. Overall great experience. I'm eyeing all products. Would order again. Keep up the good work Callie!
