Poor workmanship

These prints were purchased to give away as gifts and unfortunately we were not able to use the canvas prints. The workmanship was not good at all. I requested a refund, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

I placed an order with Canvas Champ on October 9,2025, and paid for Express Delivery, which guaranteed delivery by October 17,2025.

As of December 1,2025, the order remains uncompleted and has not been shipped. This represents a significant deviation from the agreed-upon expedited delivery timeline.

A detailed timeline of my follow-up attempts and the company's responses is as follows:
October 19,2025 (Initial Contact via Live Chat): I was informed the company was "backlogged," but that my order would be processed "very soon."
November 6,2025 (Contact via Online Ticket): A representative stated the item was "in the final stages of the production phase" and had "communicated the urgency... to our production team and have requested that they expedite the finalization of your order immediately."
November 24,2025 (Contact via Live Chat): I requested immediate shipment. The representative responded, "I've already escalated this and requested that your order be prioritized for immediate shipment. I'm also pushing for the tracking number to be shared with you as soon as it's generated."
November 24,2025 (Subsequent Online Ticket): The company attributed the delay to "an unexpected maintenance issue with the bobblehead production machine, and unfortunately, this affected several orders, including yours." They confirmed the matter had been escalated for expedited processing and shipment.

Despite multiple assurances that the order was being expedited and was near completion, the product has not been delivered, nor has a tracking number been provided. The repeated misrepresentation of the order status as being in the "final stages of production" constitutes a failure to uphold the terms of the sale and the paid-for expedited service.

There are 9 printing errors on my canvas that look like white splotches that aren't a part of the original image. I'm really disappointed by what I got for the price I paid and for the claims that were made online about this service.
Four years ago I was able to buy a canvas of the same size with no mistakes for half the price I paid for this one with mistakes on it. I don't think this was worth the price. Inflation and shrinkflation is definitely unfortunately a thing with canvases these days.

I've placed 4 separate orders with Canvas Champ, totaling 8 canvases, and unfortunately, every single one arrived faulty, defective, and far below the promised quality. This company markets so-called "premium services" like HD printing and lamination, charging customers extra for these options – but what they actually deliver is basic, low-quality prints with none of the premium features included. Not a single canvas I received had lamination, and the printing was definitely not HD. This isn't a one-off issue. After speaking with other affected customers, it's clear that Canvas Champ has been engaging in this deceptive behavior consistently and internationally. They exploit the trust of overseas buyers by maintaining onshore bank accounts and payment gateways, creating the illusion of legitimacy. But once they have your money, the story changes. Customer service is nonexistent. They ignore emails and, once they recognize your phone number, they simply stop answering your calls altogether. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability. I have reported this company locally and am currently awaiting their final response, but given their track record, I'm not hopeful. I strongly advise anyone considering them for printing services to stay away. They are not just delivering poor service – they are cheating customers outright.

Kingston, one of your customer support personnel was very helpful in finding an image that I had placed over a year ago. ( I wanted a reprint of it and could not find it in my files.) He took the time to research and find it. He then emailed me the information to allow me to reorder it. His was very polite and was easy to work with. Please tell him thanks.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately sent a message and and email asking to change the order. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for over a week when they FINALLY got back to me only to say they mailed it out and couldn't make the change because they already mailed it. I had purchased 3 orders. There's no way to return any of them. Even if they are damage. They won't let you return the item.

Horrible customer service

Don't get me wrong here they make amazing canvases and the turnaround time as quickly. On the other hand the customer service is absolutely atrocious on this website and you'll never get what they promise you. I was charged FedEx Duty for $14.56 and they told me in multiple occasions that they would send me an instant credit or PayPal once I sent them the bill. I sent them the bill and back and forth over the past 1 month I've only received a couple replies and they have never yet given me my instant credit to the account to cover the fee.

Also don't bother calling their phone number their phone number does not work either it's a fake phone number. It just sits you on hold for hours and hours listen to the same song over and over again.

The website lists these items as being manufactured in the united states. Nothing that they print and send you is made in the United States it is all Made in India and ship from India direct.

I have not seen customer service this bad ever from a company. They answer your emails you give them the answer that they're looking for and yet they still don't help you with it. My next option now is doing a chargeback on my credit card. I have all proof in writing of what they told me they would cover and yet they have not covered any of it yet. Stay away stay far away.

My canvases were damaged due to the packing method used. They were packed canvas to canvas and they got stuck together damaging the canvas upon separation. I need them replaced please. I sent an email with my concern to you but have yet to get a response. I am a frequent customer and have never had any problems until now. I also have tried multiple times to call customer service and can never get on without waiting until I have to hang up.

I ordered 2 canvas prints with mounting adhesive strips. I received the canvas prints yesterday and one of them looks like it was installed on a frame that is not smooth (pictures attached. There are lines and ridges in the frame underneath. The adhesive strips on the back do not look like pictured on the website and they were sloppily placed. The adhesive side in one of the strips was already exposed and no longer sticky (pictures attached). I paid $1.99 for each mounting set so it wasn't very expensive but I didn't get what I paid for and was shown on the website.
The website promised "ships in 24 hours, they were in "printing" for 3 days. Then I received a shipping notification from the carrier, the shipment was coming from India from a company I didn't recognize, it didn't have Canvas Champ anywhere in the info. Canvas Champ didn't send me any email updates for my order so I was in the dark unless I went and checked the order status on the website myself. I looked up the name of the company in the shipment info and found that it's located in India, no indication of what the company did that I could find easily. I had to make a guess that it was Canvas Champ. They arrived on time but because of the quality of the product I received and my experience with Canvas Champ in general, I won't be ordering from this business again.
I would rather pay a US based business and there are plenty that can print on canvas.

Sent a beautiful red and purple sunset in for a metal print. They cut out all the colorful definition and reduced it to nothing. Absolutely pathetic.
Will NEVER do business with this POS company.

Huge canvas!

I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!

Lousy Packaging Damages Prints

I ordered 15 prints from Canvas Champ and nearly all were damaged due to packaging. The hardware of each picture damaged the canvas of the next print stacked on top of it during shipping. See photo. Very disappointing!

I am so happy I came across CanvasChamp! For years, our family bereavement program would end each year with a "pillow ceremony." The grieving children loved having a pillow to take home with a picture of their person who had died. We were able to do it again this year because of CanvasChamp's amazing photo pillows. The pictures were so clear, the pillows were the perfect size, and the pricing was incredible for a nonprofit organization. My 5 year old grandson loved his picture on canvas. Colors were vibrant and canvas was very well constructed. The print on the metal printed really dark so I am going to have to find a place with alot of light to display it. Was hoping for the exact colors that my print displayed.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

I received the beautiful print but the components on the back to hang it were missing. I emailed and they said they won't send them. I called and they said I can only do that request online. I went back to email and complained again with no response. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER.
