Very unhappy

Ordered custom wheels for jeep wrangler, and of course went to discount tire to get them installed and lord behold one 3 black gloss wheels and 1 silver and black wheel, so i had to put 4 heavy wheels back in my jeep take them back home, unload them again in the house, and its going on 2 weeks now and still no return labels, ive talked to customer service 3 to 4 times about my return lables, so now my money is of course tied up, this had been the most difficult return ive ever had to deal with, carid,u would never get my business ever in life again, and i figure u most likely dont give a hoot

I had to call them four times and deal with the same exact answers of people saying give us 24-48 hours or however long they would say. Nobody ever called me back like they said and I always had to initiate. All of this was over the course of three weeks and only for two items.

Very exciting

The box was all types of old and beat up, mind you it was raining but still it felt like it could have been sitting around for a bit. When I opened it I was just mind blown. I know it's not for a high end sports car but baby steps. Thanks guys for the speedy delivery and quality parts. The box is getting recycled anyways 😇

Nice easy upgrade

I have looked at these dash covers for more than a year and finally ordered a set. It was packed very nicely and arrived when promised. I applied the covers that very day. It's a nice upgrade to my little motorhome.

Super efficient!

When we took delivery of our new 2025 RAM van, we discovered it was a huge step from the ground into the van, so we got online and placed the order the day we arrived back home. It was shipped and delivered in just a couple of days from ordering. The quality of your running boards is excellent! Will install ourselves. Thank you

BedRug and Tailgate Rug

Bedrug came in fine, but tailgate rug was missing one Velcro strip for attaching to the truck. It took many e-mails before the issue was resolved. Was a manufacturer's issue. Both items meet my needs.

I ordered a lower control arm from CARiD, after a couple months the bushings were bad. I contacted them, and the return process was pretty smooth. They sent out a replacement without giving me the runaround, and the second part was in good condition. Not perfect the first time, but I appreciate how they handled the issue professionally and quickly.

Carid made it right

Carids website says saa pillar posts will fit 2005-2009 buick lacrosses. However, after paying $72.00 for pillar posts, they sent me pillar posts that are too small. Apparently they are made that way by the manufacturer. I called carid and they took care of it. I got a full refund and it's much appreciated. These things happen. Carid will make it right when things go wrong. I won't hesitate to shop at carid again.

A Step Up

Problem with Ordering
April 17, 2025

My experience was okay. I ordered running boards for my Chevy Trailblazer. I know that I selected a particular set. When I checked out, I noticed that not one, but two sets were in my cart. I know I didn't put it n twice. Then when I received my running boards, they were the wrong ones. They were ones that I had originally looked at, but not the ones I ordered. Somehow, that was messed up as well. Now I have to pay for return shipping plus the cost to ship the ones I had originally wanted. That's $80+ more now out of pocket.
