Even though our waiter was extremely attendive, it does not make up for lousy food. You could tell the salad dressing was thinned out so it would go farther. My main meal advertised as a summer specialty looked nothing like the menu photo. The white sauce on my pasta was so thinned out, it pooled in the bottom of my bowl. I have tried carrabbas several times and I have not had a good meal there. It is overpriced for the quality you receive. If you want a fast food chain that tastes lousy, visit the Carrabbas on 56th Street in Temple Terrace, Florida. You will not see my family there again!
My wife and I dined at the Carrabba's restaurant in Winter Haven, FL. Upon our servers return to our table with my debit card and the charge slip she said, with a smirk, "I've never seen that before" as she used her pen to point at my proximately displayed checking account balance. This infuriated me as it was done without my permission or authorization and, I did not request for this information to be shared or displayed and, was not aware that Carrabba's had the ability to access the balance in my checking account. Also, it was to send me a message that I can afford to tip her well. Contacted my attorney who immediately fired off a letter to Carrabba's, Winter Haven and, to Bloomin' Brands, Inc to respond within 20 days. They never responded. Point being, if you plan on paying for your meal with a debit card at this Carrabba's, kindly ask your server if they plan on displaying your checking account balance on the bill. Needless to say, my wife and I will not return to this restaurant.
I placed a take-out order on Carrabba's Italian Grill website on March 10,2024 for pickup at the following location at 4:15pm … 2088 S Abilene Street, Aurora, CO *******. I ordered 3 meals,
2- Spiedino di Mare ($57.98) and 1-Lobster Ravioli ($23.49). All of the meals were of poor quality, the sauce on the Lobster Ravioli was thin/watery, the Raviolis didn't have much lobster filling, the two Spiedino di Mare meals had eight (8) small breaded Scallops with Penne Pasta lightly covered with pasty tomato sauce. I ordered Sauteed Spinach on one of the Spiedino di Mare which had garlic, but the garlic was burnt which ruined the taste of the Spinach. All three (3) meals were small portions, and I would define them as half-orders. The salads that came with the meals, again were very small. The order didn't come with any bread, as they always provide bread when you dine-in, no napkins or plastic forks, knifes. The cost of the three meals came to $83.46 plus tax, which in my opinion was a rip-off for the quantity and quality of the food I received. You can get higher quality take-out Italian Cuisine food at affordable prices at Maggiano's Little Italy, Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and I would even venture to say Frazoli's Fast Food Italian Restaurant has better food than I received at Carrabba's.

It had been some time since my friend and I had visited Tulsa's Carraba's so we went to celebrate my birthday. While the food was good, the service, or should I say the system, left something to be desired.
One person took our order, another person brought our drinks. The person who took our order explained through the process that she wasn't actually our waitress or server, that she had to ring in our requests for refills, more bread, etc. and that someone else would fulfill our requests. After 5-10 minutes we received our salads and had time to get in 2-3 bites before our entrees arrived. At which time we were in need of refills for our drinks. When our order taker ( I wouldn't call her our waitress) came by I requested a refill to which she replied, "Let me ring that in for you." So I guess she had to go type it in to instruct someone else to bring refills, which arrived some time later. Any requests that we had for service came with the response, "Let me ring that in for you." After the second or third time hearing this response, I came to the conclusion that there would be a time consuming delay with any and every request.
When we finished our meals, we stacked our plates and moved them to the edge of the table as we waited for our dessert. Many employees walked by empty handed leaving our neatly stacked dishes waiting to be removed. Finally, when our dessert finally arrived, I asked her if she could take our plates away for room on the table, which she complied. I had to bite my tongue to keep from saying, "Can you take our used and neatly stacked plates away or do you have to go ring it in first!"
While the taste of our food was good, what I will remember from our visit and share with all my friends is the inefficiency of your restaurant's service system. "Let me ring that in for you" is imprinted in my mind as a system of delay and failure. To say it is an inefficient system is almost too polite for how I really felt about this abysmal service system. It probably took the order taker (she really didn't function as a waitress, since all she did was take our requests and RING THEM IN FOR US) longer to ring it in than to serve us. My problem and disappointment is not because of her but because of the "Let me ring that in for you" system your company incorporates. I hope I never hear "let me ring that in for you" ever again!
Don't do it! The $20 bonus is a rip off and a scam. They only allow one of the $10 off cards to be used one per visit. Meaning you need to go back twice to get the full $20. Only restaurant chain I have ever known that offers a bonus at Christmas time where you can't use them all at the same time, same visit. RIPOFF! I take advantage of these offers with many chains and when I went to use them Carabba's and they said 1 per table. I am never giving a dime to Bloomin' Brands ever again. They need to spell that out at time of purchase. BIG SCAM and they should be ashamed of themselves for being so cheap!
We had a great experience! We always love going here! Our server was great and the manager is always helpful.
Very good food. I always get their steaks and they are fantastic & very tender. The pasta is very good too.
The employees are friendly and helpful. Never a problem here.

Carrabba's used to be our favorite place. But after paying 40.00 fid these wings?! I won't be returning
I asked for blackened salmon and was told they don't have the right "Pan" for that. But after I asked to check with the cook I received a burnt blackened salmon. Our server "Jan" not friendly and the whole experience was just bad. The hostess was very very nice. We will never go back, to many places with great service and people who enjoy there job.
Over the many years between then and now things might have changed. But when I worked there the bread was shipped precooked and frozen. The pasta was also shipped premade and dried. Now I am getting ads for this restaurant claiming that the bread and pasta are made in house and have always been made in house. That can not be true.
Just passing through town. Ordered a Johnny Trio to share with my wife. My wife ended up having only a piece of chicken for dinner -- because "they can't get it right!" How hard is it to put in the bag what's written on the receipt...apparently too hard for the employees at Mishawaka. And they wouldn't comp the meal for their mistake -- want to give a credit. Don't have a Carrabba's in our hometown and, since we're only passing through THIS town, won't be going back anyway! Thanks for VERY, VERY POOR customer service Carrabba's of Mishawaka.
We went to dinner at carrabas in durham, we have one child who is handicap. Our server Christy was so friendly and attentive. She was great with our children. We had questions about the chicken parm and lobster rav she was confident that we would be happy with either choice and toldnus to make our decision based on how hungry we.were! How nice.
I want to personally thank a waiter named Jacob for making my experience wonderful by doing a great job. Before I was even done with my drink Jacob brought over another drink for me.
Everything was excellent. Great service, bread with olive oil mixed with spices to Italian salad and main course of pasta mixed with tender chicken, mushrooms was very tasty.

Meagan was rude and Obnoxious and when I asked her to keep her voice down and not to sub project so everyone could here she got louder. The only way I stopped her from yelling was to get up and walk out leaving my food there. Then they charged my card 86.86 meal was 14.00 and bounced my account and when I asked them to correct it and not charge anything to my account until it is in a positive balance, they assured me they wouldn't but did charge my account bouncing it even further into dismay. Now I have $$75.00 new charges on my account from penalties from f
Brandon (management) assuring me he would not charge anything on my account but did anyways. Can't get their help since it was such a major issue they've chose to ignore me and charges and carry on as buisness as usual. I would never eat there again they've slide way way down the list on doing things right and according to carrabbas mottos and mission. This place has been messing meals up, not taking the time to address and resolve issues they create. Can't trust the food to be handled appropriately with hair and plastic in meals and who knows what with lack of management or bad management. Horrible location I would not visit.
The hostess, the 1st person we saw, literally ignored us. There was no one else waiting for a table. The waitress was awesome. The food came quickly & was delicious! We will be back in spite of the rudeness.
Here is someone else's review I copied and pasted of the Port St Lucie Location:..."And they very rudely, with no apology told us that the server would have been too overwhelmed to handle us as we are 2 people not 1. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Have never been treated so poorly." This is exactly what i went thru, no apology either: We ordered pick-up and i gave a 20% tip (I paid at the location, but they took a long time getting the food prepared after I paid already. We were missing the shrimp scampi so we called the same day and was told by the girl that picked up the phone that they would comp the bill. Four days later, no credit. Called again and asked to speak to Manager. They put me on hold for several minutes then the same girl answers again as if she had no clue what i was calling for so I asked for the Manager again and finally she came to the phone. I requested the credit again and asked for my tip to be credited too. My fiancee was already upset that they didnt comp us immediately the day this happened so it was just frustrating for the both of us. We discussed this more after the call and I did get too upset but I had a rough day at my job and this did not make it easier. Plus, who wants to call a thousand times for the same issue? Not me. Of coarse i got upset.
All of my girls food was undercooked the soup and parts it shouldn't have. The pasta was cold and had no sauce and the salad was soggy. The manager was rude and VERY disrespectful and the waiter payed us no attention. I have never in my life been so disappointed. Never would I eat at a place like this again.
