I bought an item with this company with 1 day shipping. Already pass 1 week and nothing happened, I already call 2 times customer service with no solution, ( the same person told me one thing 2 days ago and now the told me to wait more 5 days, then i request to talk with a manager, for my surprise he told me for the second time, the manager is not there. Don't loose your time with this company!
I ordered and aquatic belt adult small for $29.99 plus taxes and shipping. The aquatic belt I received is a small child size, When I asked in writing (no one answers the phone or return calls) to provide UPS return label they wrote "We only provide free labels for incorrect or damaged items, or issues caused by our company".
Any errors made when placing the order do not qualify you for a pre-paid return label.
Your options for a pre-paid return label would be as referenced previously."
According to UPS it would cost me $60.00 to return $29.99 item. The item is too small even for my friend who weighs 105 lbs..

The product was horribly made and the fact that the customer pays to return ship poorly made product is beyond the beyond. I was advised by customer service that its due to buyers remorse, the nerve! I will never use this company again. The product and customer service is sub par to say the least.

Jeffersonian kinetic wind vane coupled with the cardinal direction attachment and the rain gauge and the drum thermometer delivers the eccentric look to my garden I was looking for. The Christmas Central people packaged it very well and every thing survived the trip in the delivery process unscathed. Thanks again and will definitely use Christmas Central again.

They sent me a used item. I emailed them, they gave a discount. I liked that they responded immediately, they need to have better record of their stock tho.

Placed an order. Never heard a word for over three weeks. Finally called and was told that my payment was received, item was in stock but couldn't ship because of an internal problem. I asked to speak to a manager and the girls came back on the line and said the order was canceled and we would receive a refund. A month wasted and never got what I wanted
The Christmas wreaths we purchased were very full and lifelike. We are very pleased with our choice. Customer service is very good as well. We had questions about our order, which were quickly addressed.
I ordered my heart wreath made of lavender and was so pleased when I opened the package. It was beautiful. I now have it on my covered front porch and have had many compliments on it.
Very good quality. Can't wait to use them for my craft project. I had a difficult time finding the size of ornament I needed for my project.
The order came pretty quick. They were out of stock on some items, so we didn't get those but did receive a refund.
HOWEVER, when the order arrived, the shipping box was ripped open at one spot and there was no cushioning material in the box. The ornaments were left to their own devices and with the help of Unicorns and Fairies none of them broke.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
