The unlimited plan is a lie.
At some point, they withdraw huge surcharges at will without consent, saying there is a lot of data.
Also, you can't withdraw at will.
Never use it.

I have used these guys since November 2016 and always paid the bills on time. Back in October 2018 I upgraded the plan to Corporate. Now on their website when you compare plans The Corporate Plan includes Images - Unlimited (The maximum number of image files you can store on your account at a given time.) So when I received a bill for $885.68 for being over my image limit you can imagine I was not pleased.

So I checked my account and indeed I am using Image: 9268/unlimited which to me is fine however they say it violates their fair usage policy which is 3000 images and to me that is not unlimited.

Furthermore this is not stated anywhere on their website. Their system is excellent however their business ethics leave a lot to be desired.

You will be held to ransom as you will have invested a lot of time on their system. Now they are charging me an additional $924 a year so that I can have up to 15,000 images yet it still states unlimited and that is on top of $1416

I would think twice about using this company as they cannot be trusted.

Half a year ago, our team was looking for a hosting to host a large number of videos. Therefore, we needed a service with a good price for an unlimited number of videos.

It is difficult to meet such conditions, but we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of Cincopa, when switching to their service, to transfer us from a corporate to a new, unique, completely unlimited tariff at a good cost.

Everything went pretty well, although our clients from the CIS countries had problems with access, and some videos were processed by the service for several days and downloaded at a very low speed if the volume was large.

Half a year later, they began to withdraw money from us in three times the amount. At the same time, we did not receive any warning about changes in tariffs and conditions.

After two weeks of correspondence with the support service, they promised me that a manager would contact me. I waited two more weeks for an answer, listening to lies that they had already contacted us.

In a conversation with the manager, it was not possible to come to any agreement. They require our company to pay at the regular, corporate rate, otherwise it is not profitable for them to cooperate with us.

At this point we have contacted our lawyers and are going to file a fraud report against Cincopa.

Cincopa deceived us with an offer and changed the terms without notice. Support and managers can lie to you for weeks or months and it still won't get you anywhere.

I advise you to avoid Cincopa, especially for large companies.

I can't speak about the platform, because the person on my team who signed up quit the very next week. Ever since then, we've been trying to cancel the service but there's simply no way. They won't answer emails or any of the commetns I left in their social platforms. Their charges keep on coming for a service we've never used.
I see many others commenting the same, so it seems like this is a well-orchestrated scam.

I will now have to change credit card numbers because there's just no way to cancel.

I will never recommend this service to anyone. They are scam artists! First, they provide incorrect information about their pricing plans. And then when you pay for the chosen plan, you can't use it you receive a message that you have reached your upload limits, although you have not used it yet. And when you contact their support team, they will tell you "yes, we have such terms and policy" And when you ask for refund they will tell you again that this is against their rules! Guys, this is f*&^$%ked up! You are the most unreliable service I've ever met! You charge your customers with extra money and take a good laugh at them! Even without understanding the situation, you send the same letter 5 times that the return of funds contradicts your rules! Charlatans! I'll never advise anyone to use this service!

We use the Cincopa service for the blog, it is very easy in use, everything is rather clear for control. By means of this service we have improved registration of our website and the bigger number of visitors than have received earlier. I think that it will be very convenient for many owners of the websites and blogs. We very much recommend to use this service.

After years uploading my videos on Vimeo Pro I've tried Cincopa and I am only using their services now. Its just make more sense for my business (Commercial Video Production). Their service is great and affordable. I am using it in my Squarespace website and everything works well, after inserting the CSS file in seconds... I can host a lot of videos and photos and publish them easily through some really cool video player skins and manage them quickly through my account. Also the fact that I can invite some colleagues to be managed by my account is very handy!.

Cincopa is a big time saver for me. I had a huge SlideShow Pro collection feeding a photographer website. Cincopa is the only solution I know able to recover all files and albums with titles and captions directly from SlideShow Pro over the net. I did not need to download/upload the photos nor to retype all texts. Now everything is displayed with nice player, well integrated in a WordPress site and ready for the future on all devices.

I am very happy with Cincopa's products, support, and staff. The product is very easy to use and I quickly learned how to utilize and implement galleries on our website. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. Any questions I have are quickly answered. I had an interactive online meeting with Toma which was very informative. His instructions made it quick and easy to understand my questions & Toma provided some great demo examples. The image and video hosting is convenient. I continue to be impressed with Cincopa's products, company, people, and SUPPORT! I feel that our website quality has been improved and enhanced by using Cincopa.

Cincopa does everything I have been looking for and much more easily create a pro looking website using their platform to host your video, audio and images, with no programming skills needed. Great looking templates, dynamic and fast service, super fast servers everything performs without faults and loads instantly. Deep analytics for online businesses and email marketers using video for sales, it has all the features you need. Management of all assets is really simple and integrating across multiple sites so easy. Really happy to be using Cincopa!

I love the fact of how easy it is to create a player for your videos and audios files as there are a lot of selections to choose from. The customer support line is incredibly capable of walking you through step by step in order to get you up and running in no time. There are a number of embedding options and the quality of the video and audio seems to always be consistently clean and easy to use. The video hosting and the CDN are one of best out there. And is even available with the free account. Love Cincopa.
