I am really not happy with the communication from this company, I ordered some crystals for a Christmas gift and it took 2 weeks for them to dispatch but I understand that was normal for this time of year but it was then not picked up for dispatch, and when my parcel arrived 3 days before Christmas there were 2 crystals missing from my order with a note that states those 2 crystals were unavailable at the time of dispatch. It had been 4 and a half weeks from the time I placed my order to when it arrived and they couldn't even email me to let me know those 2 crystals would not be in my parcel, I live out west and had no way to find a replacement gift. I have asked to a refund but no one is getting back to me about this. It's very frustrating. Especially when I am now down $200 with no crystals

I ordered a gift which has taken twelve days to be posted. It will not be here for Christmas. I sent one email asking why it hadn't been despatched. I sent another asking for cancellation because of poor service and no response. I then contacted PayPal asking them to cancel. Next day still no contact but message that said posted. I don't need this gift because I had to buy a replacement gift because of poor service, which of course means I have paid out twice. Shocking for an Australian company and I always try to buy in Australia.

IF YOUR NOT IN A HURRY AND LIKE TURTLE SPEED SHIPPING, then by all means purchase from them, it's the worst super slow shipping I have ever had!, Ive been waiting 5weeks on my order and still nothing, come on, get ya s. T together, quick to take money but a failure on shipping! Will not be ordering again!

Ordered on the 27. 05. 22, still waiting on order. Didn't receive a update on order or shipping until I made contact 3 weeks after my purchase. Like described by other unhappy customers, i received the "we've put it at the front & will dispatch"
Still waiting, do yourself a favour & buy elsewhere to avoid disappointment & dissatisfaction

The products are fine, but the shipment took too long to arrive at my house, and the website is quite difficult to navigate at times. Please improve.

Please stay away from this company.
They take twice as long to send your order than states on their website. The Courier company Sendle they use seems to be as dodgy as them.
After multiple emails and only getting one response after not receiving my order after two months. I chose to do a credit card reversal as I can't get A response or my order.

I've ordered a number of times from this company and it absolutely boggles my mind that they take up to three weeks just to ship your order. According to a news article I read this company turns over $700,000k worth of crystals per month and still won't bother spending money on packing and shipping their orders within a reasonable time frame for their customers. Their customer service is slow and sometimes they don't respond for days in ongoing conversations so you have to keep following them up. Their products, especially their crystals, are ridiculously overpriced and are usually unremarkable, small and sub par specimens. I ordered a mystery box (which they outrageously claim has over $250 worth of value in it) and received a bunch of small, bottom of the barrel, murky crystals, some of which I actually threw away. Their slick marketing claims your crystals are intuitively picked for you and while it's not what you expect (read: not good quality) it's what you "truly needed" because the universe brought it to you. This helps them get away with selling an average, cheap product for more money and is total bull$#*!. I dislike how fake this company is because they hold up a spiritual, loving facade on social media but care more about profits than their customers. The mystery boxes are just an excuse to get rid of their worst crystals and stuff it with lots of cheap things like incense and "free gifts" (a crystal chip half the size of my pinky nail) to give you a false sense of abundance. They get away with it because their marketing game is strong and their packaging is well designed. Don't buy into it. Whatever you do, don't buy crystals from these people and only buy their candles and sprays when they have a 30% off sale. I've learned my (very expensive) lesson.

Obviously under staffed and inadequately managed. Lucky if you get your order or the actual products you purchase. Over 2 weeks and order still unfulfilled and this is not the first time. Do not know why I went back. Am not expecting to get the correct items if I get them at all.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with my mystery box order that wasn't the companies fault. A few issues arose and Hayley, the owner, was extremely understanding, empathetic and helpful. Hayley hand picked and express posted a new mystery box as well as completed a full refund for the troubles. The issue could have become bigger but with Hayleys understanding and management it is a great reflection on the company and it's success. The quality of Cleanse and CO's products are faultless.

My order took more than ONE MONTH before it was dispatched after I placed the order and it has still not arrived but apparently this is normal for this company - so if you want a prompt delivery, don't bother. What is even more disappointing is that if you dare to tell them you are unhappy or query where your order is - they will block you.(sorry, but who does this?). I am so tired of Narcisitic businesses' who claim to be kind and spiritual - but actually treat their customers like crap. I am also tired of businesses claiming to sell 'Ethically sourced crystals' - when there is no such thing and this is misleading and should be reported to the consumer watchdog. I watched in horror as this company shared customer feedback to their instagram stories telling their following to "Send this person love" when people complain - this is exactly what narcism and bullying looks like. Perhaps they should actually LISTEN to their customers as it appears many have the same experience with them. Never again will I order from this company - one month to despatch an item is unheard of and disgraceful. Be transparent with customers if you have an issue and people will be more understanding. Don't lie to or dismiss your customers, and don't block them if they dare to question a 4 plus week local delivery.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Cleanse&Co team, especially Hayley. I had an issue with my order so I sent an email off and had prompt replies even though they are inundated with emails. Hayley is an amazing small business owner who went above and beyond with her customer service. The quality of the crystals are just devine and knowing im supporting and Aussie mum just makes buying from Cleanse&co so much easier. Great company! Have made 4 purchase and have been extremely happy with them all. Communication is great via Instagram account and products have been great quality and beautiful. Postage has been on time and well packaged. Love their rewards program and all their 'special' buys too. It can sometimes be difficult to ascertain the real life size of products from the product photos but this is usual for crystals and the like offered by other companies too. I totally appreciate the provision of such close up photos to offer a detailed visual of the product. In any case, all you need to do is contact Cleanse & Co and they will gladly offer any additional information you require (ie size), which I have done in the past. Would 100% recommend and will definitely buy again

Such an incredible business with pure heart. You can tell and feel it as soon as you open a parcel. The way the team corresponds with you and everything they put out onto social media, everything they are about is pure love and light. Even if there is a miscommunication, they go out of their way to please and support costumers. They give gifts of pure magic with high quality products with beautiful energy in each parcel. I'm so grateful, I've never resonated with a store more.
