Absolutely do not waste your money with this company I mainly did the live transfers and never sold one of them. I got charged for leads when I was on the other line and didn't answer the phone and was also charged and not given a refund for a live transfer that wasn't even looking for health insurance. The reason for the denial was that I hadn't taken enough of their horrible leads. The office I work in bought over 1000 of their data leads and not one of them sold. I even had every filter that they had on and I was still getting crap leads. This company is a joke!

QUIT CALLING ME! I HAVE BLOCKED THEM SO MUCH. THEN THEY FIND ANOTHER NUMBERS TO CALL ME FROM. PLEASE STOP IT!

I dont know how this company found my phone number, but for the past week they have been BLOWING UP MY PHONE. It is annoying and they won't even leave any voice-mails explaining why they are spam calling me. I have never even heard of this company and frankly, it seems sketchy. Stop calling me.

I'm honestly shocked by the reviews left on this site. SmartFinancial promises to provide leads from people that are completing a 35 question questionnaire and that upon completing this they check a button saying they would like an agent to contact them. Out of 18 leads provided so far, I've been able to reach 7 people, which I consider a decent contact ratio. However, out of the 7 that I spoke with 5 assured me they didn't own the vehicle listed in the lead provided and that they never requested a quote. If what SmartFinancial promises to provide is true then you would think the people requesting a quote would enter the actual vehicle that they want quoted. SmartFinancial does not offer refunds for these types of leads because they state that the contact information is correct and that I could still work the lead. Fair enough, but I can buy the same type of lead from AgedLeads for $0.50 to $2.00 versus the $23.00+ that SmartFinancial is selling. I did get 2 quotes from the 7 people I spoke with. One that I closed and the other I declined to continue working because of a communication barrier. However, I'm able to get these same results (if not better results) from my $0.50 to $2.00 AgedLeads. My opinion of this company is that they over promises and underdeliver.

Crap leads! They didn't work within my parameters I set for leads, sent me whatever they felt like, I literally just got off the phone with my last lead from them…they called out, (I was told they only work with incoming calls not outgoing calls) they woke a guy up and he was barely awake when they transferred him. He was irritated because he was woken up and wanted to know could he call me back. I'm sure I won't hear from him.

I am a new Farmers Agency owner (scratch) looking to build my business. I received live transfers that the people did not want insurance. Smart Financial reaches out to people, get's them on the phone and live transfer them to you. They charge 65.00 per lead even though the people had no interest in getting insurance. Weather it was home, auto or Medicare. I wish I could post some of the calls I have recorded. And yes Farmers Agents beware. They attach your folio and it is not possible to block them like you could if it were a bank. I had to dispute the charges from my credit card on file. I am now at the point of contacting my lawyer, giving bad reviews, everywhere I can. They are literally are stealing from me. I did not get one bit of business from them. Farmers backs them but the leads they send are nothing you can write in Farmers, or Kraft Lake. This is really the worse lead gen company because they have access to your MONEY. This is no different them breaking into your bank account, you would prosecute that person and I intend to prosecute them. BEWARE...

After having no success with the leads offered through smart financial I have tried to get in contact multiple times with my sales manager Jerney and have gotten no response back. Also charged my credit card without authorization and has not responded to any contact regarding this as well. Leads are not refunded and you're given a credit so you can get more crappy leads with no real refund that applies at all. Seemed quick to help at first but as soon as they hear you want to cancel they stop all contact and try to steal your money.

Horrible, refunds are credits, can't get a refund if it was purchased with a credit. Out of 120 internet leads, I was only able to contact 20. Out of the 20 10 said they weren't interested in getting quotes, 8 said they got quotes from someone else already. Which leaves 2 valid leads. Their solution to this was to change what I was saying to the customer, the issue is that I wasn't talking with the customer. IT TAKES WEEKS OR MONTHS TO GET RETURN PHONE CALLS TO FIX THINGS. STILL WATING ON ONE FROM JANUARY. I switched to live transfer calls, where none of the people I talked to actually fit the underwriting filters I asked to have put in place. CAN'T GET A REFUND FOR THAT EITHER. HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE! (smart financial and contractibility are basically the same company)

We have been working with Smart Financial for a little over a month now and all I can say is wow!

Our account Manager April is attentive to our needs and always answers our emails and calls in a timely manner. April has helped us grow our business by 16 households in the last month.

I would highly recommend Smart Financial to anyone who is interested in Web Leads.

The insurance industry is changing, and if you haven't started utilizing a lead vendor yet, I'd recommend getting one asap. Contactability/Smart Financial is a great place to start! Our industry is data driven these days, meaning you won't always earn a prospect's business on the first attempt. However, as long as you still have their contact info (prospect data) and permission to follow-up, you may win over the prospect on your 5th, 6th or even 7th attempt. Contactability provides the ability to maintain a prospects data and buy additional leads at your own pace. They come with account managers that actually want to see you win, not just sell you more junk leads. Worth a try if you're in the market for a new lead vendor!

These leads are very below average and mediocre at best. Then when you spend the time to ask for a refund or credits for a bad lead, first it takes them up to a few weeks for the approval for the credit which leads to confusion, then as the credits build up to hundreds of dollars and you want to terminate your account because of the crappy leads, they keep your "credit" money. A refund is a refund, but they keep it. Total Rip Off!

We have been working with this company for a few weeks now and so far so good. From the start, they have been very responsive, available, and helpful. The leads have been good quality and when they aren't we have received credit for them. I am impressed so far and look forward to continuing our relationship as long as the leads are similar. My account manager Ryan has been great as well. We closed several leads within week one and week two looks great as well.
