A diamond certification (also called a grading report) was not received as it was stated that this would be included with the pendant. The website was not clear that the cost was only for the pendant and that even if you wanted to buy a Black Gold Chain the only chain that could be brought was a sterling silver chain that would be oxidized.

Very good communication with Customer Care, particularly Meghan. The ring was received on the first day of the delivery window Meghan had given me.

The ring is beautiful! And my wife loves, loves, LOVES it! Having said that, there is a problem with the ring that I do not know if it is common to all of this particular setting no not. The issue is that the stone mountings protrude above the stones that have been mounted. This makes the ring uncomfortable to wear -- in fact, the protrusions are so large (and sharp) that the ring has cut my wife's hand in the area against which the ring rubs. We'll see how Diamondere resolves the issue.

Other than this problem, and depending on its resolution, I would recommend that you consider Diamondere.

I have read and I am told that the gem of this quality AAAA should have a significant color to it whereas this stone especially direct on is quite colorless. I'm not a gemologist and I want to trust that the certificate you sent is accurate, but when I compare the color of the stone to those I see online that say that they are of similar quality it seems to be far more colorless than the others. How can I be confident that this stone is actually what you have certified it as?

This was my first time shopping with Diamondere. I was nervous at first because I had never shopped with them before especially for the amount of money I was going to spend. As I placed my order they emailed me with a few questions and was relieved to know they cared about my order and wanted to know the story behind my purchase. As a week went by i received another email on the status of my order. It came on time and that was another concern of mine, once my order was delivered I fell in LOVE. I ordered my fiancé his wedding band and I am SO happy with my decision. He loved it and can not stop talking about it. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Delivery was delayed, so I didn't have the ring for the proposal. But it worked out. The ring is nice, as advertised. Unfortunately I'll need to return it because she wants something else.

If you provide custom jewelry and a number for people to contact you regarding a customization, you should hire reps who want to answer questions about design options for a specific budget. Instead, the rep hung up on me. So, I don't recommend this place for ordering your jewelry - custom or otherwise. Glad I called before ordering. Now I know I will be placing an order elsewhere. The stone was changed shipping was changed and over all just a slow experience. The ring seems to be decent quality and looks nice. Hopefully it holds up.

I would say the experience was pretty good. I definitely say the communication was great too. I originally ordered the ring picked the diamond I wanted then it was sold -somehow-😳😳…however a customer representative reached out to me and offered a better quality diamond for the inconvenience. In addition to making sure the ring still arrived at a reasonable time. I was pushed back due to it but I wasn't upset. Overall I would recommend
