This is a dodgy if not full on scam ‘business'! Like an idiot, I fell for the recent Keto Tea diet craze going around and tried to order some from this site. The cost was <$70 (can't remember exactly but am *certain* it was no more than this) but 2 or 3 minutes after I hit ‘Purchase' a fraud warning popped up on my phone advising they'd just declined a purchase order from RICHDIETARYDEPOT.COM for $185! No more than 2 minutes after that fraud warning ANOTHER one popped up but this time it was advising me they'd just declined a purchase order from READYSLIMBODY.COM for $125! WTH? Scam outfits do this - operate under more than one business name (or work in tandem with another business and share credit card numbers) and once they have a credit card number charge you not only for what you think you're ordering, but a second or third one as well. They charge your card but of course you will never receive anything because you didn't actually try to buy anything from the 2nd or 3rd ‘business'. And all too often, a month or two later, another charge appears on your credit card statement for something you did not buy. At this point you have to cancel that card and have your bank send another one with a different number. And everyone knows how fun it is to contact all the legit businesses you deal with that have you set up on automatic charges every month. So, I *thought* I was ordering Keto Tea for no more than $70 but an attempt was made to charge me $310 ($185+$125). A charge which included a purchase from a company I was NOT even dealing with, for who knows WHAT product! Thank God for Chase's fraud Dept. It's simply a fact of life anymore that we all need to be hyper vigilant about people trying to steal from us.

I received my favorite GF cereal more quickly than I expected. It was packaged well and all 4 boxes arrived unharmed and ready for breakfast!

Very disappointed in this company. Not only did they ship the product to the wrong address, I was traveling and needed it sent to me not my billing address, they sent the wrong product. I have proof on my order of the address I provided for delivery plus the actual product I ordered. I emailed the contact us link and Vicky emailed me a couple of times saying "I will handle this ASAP" then nothing. I have emailed many times as well as leaving messages for Vicky. I want to return the product since its wrong and I want my money back. This is a horrible business attitude. This has been going on Since late August, Dietary Depot when will you be upstanding and correct your errors. You have a strict return policy for the customer if they make an error but you are not willing to fix your errors.

I bought from this place over others because it said free returns. That is not true, at least in my expirience anyway. I have been emailing Vicky at dietary depot everyday answering all their questions and sending photos regarding my order, and Yesterday I was told my message was being forwarded to the warehouse. I don't know what that has to do with getting a return label to send the product back. I contacted them on Monday and today is Friday, I also called twice and left messages. No one will initiate the return so I can get this product back, the only answer I got was this was this is what I ordered. Trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare. The product on thier website showed one bottle and I was sent a different one, different botanical name, not the same thing. The email to them this morning was that I will give them until 5 today before I call my card company and have them void the sale because this is ridiculous. I wasted so much time emailing back and forth with Vicki and every time my return request was ignored, and just disregarded and I was told that's what I ordered.
After a week of emails back and forth I have no more time for this, I wish they would have told me in the beginning on Monday they weren't going to return my order, so I could have skipped all this waste of time and answering all thier questions and sending photos if no one was going to do anything to help. I could have just called visa from the start.It should say No Returns online. I wish I could give no stars

Placed my order at 11:00am then received an email at 2:10pm saying the order was cancelled at my request and my payment was refunded. Since I didn't cancel, I sent them an email asking what happened. They responded that they had found a SKU error that resulted in a pricing error and encouraged me to order again, At that point I called my bank's credit card fraud # to let them know about the suspicious circumstances and they assured me they had not seen any refund notification or any other info from the company and let me start a fraud complaint. I sent the company an email letting them know about my fraud action and demanded they immediately send a cancellation of the charge to my bank. The company responded that the cancellation request was sent but that banks take days to process the requests. The charge was cancelled the next day! After seeing your other reviews about some of the manipulative practices of this company i'm certain my getting the charge cancelled was due to my quick and aggressive action. Thank you for asking me to provide feedback on this company.

I had been searching for a 4 pound can of a particular brand of protein powder and Dietary Depot's site said they had 2 cans left so i ordered them. The price was about right (i have been ordering this for years) so I did not bother to scrutinize the order other than the price (my bad). Turns out they sent a 2 pound cans for the price of the 4 and said that's their price. Frankly, that is a bate and switch tactic and they are not the kind of company I wish to do business with again. They may have made a sale for double the price once but that's the last time I will ever order anything from this dishonest company! Be forewarned.

I ordered the same box of protein bars from about 3 different places because they were out of stock everywhere. I needed the bars to pack for traveling. I have a condition that restricts sodium, and these bars are the only low sodium ones I can have.
I ordered from 2 vitamin stores and Dietary Depot. I received a box from both vitamin places and then another came from one of the vitamin stores.
Honestly, I ordered the same thing many times and it's almost always out of stock, so I figured it was just one of my orders finally arriving. But, if the Dietary Depot sent it, via this vitamin company, there was no way for me to know this.
This is why I have no clue if I got my order or not. I am sorry, but they should include a receipt of some sort. Also, if my package has not arrived yet, I give them a bad rating, for taking so long.

The Crystal deodorant towelettes are hard to find, so after searching on many sites I see they are available at Dietary Depot so I placed an order on 10/20/2018. On 10/22/2018 the order is cancelled and refunded. I receive what appears to be an automated email stating it was cancelled at my request. Why would I cancel something that I've been searching for and need. I emailed them to ask why and received no response. I've called 3 times and only get voice mail. I do another search this evening and Dietary Depot pops up selling the towelettes. I go to place an order then realize they're the same website that cancelled my order last month. Well are they or aren't they available? I have no clue. I'm not a retailer so if there's a limit then they should communicate with you. I have always purchased them in large quantities. I'm a customer and have been using this wipes daily for years. I was thankful to find them instock only to have them cancel with no reason. And more disappointment seeing them on the website as I stock today. I posted a pick of the email I received notifying me that I cancelled, when it was clear that they did. I also attached a pick of the website showing they are in stock today, November 12,2918.
