I was mislead by company website. I thought I was getting a CPAP machine at a certain price, item is in transit. I was able to find a different cheaper machine elsewhere. Tried to cancel, but was DENIED due their mo refunds policy, but store credit, which is ridiculous. Go to other CPAP companies, they have a 15 day satisfaction policy with refund

They have been extremely helpful. Gave good advice and have been very helpful suggesting a different CPAP that has worked really well. They have taken care of everything. My insurance, Aetna Medicare has paid for everything.

Do not use!
March 19, 2025

Two or three years ago I used this company to purchase CPAP supplies. They ran my order through my insurance with no problem. Not this time. During my order, they said they ran it through my insurance. I paid the full cost of $210 in lieu of my insurance coverage. After two weeks I checked with my insurance who said Easy Breathe had not contacted them. I call Easy Breathe about the issue and verified my insurance information again. After two more weeks, my insurance still had not been contacted by Easy Breathe. I submitted the bill to my insurance myself who provided me an EOB confirming the insurance coverage cost for my order at $123. Called Easy Breathe again who said they have not received an EOB (which I am sure they did). I offered to send them a copy of mine. They said they cannot apply the EOB now after the order was placed. Enjoy the $87 you owe me Easy Breathe. You will never receive another dime from me again!

Sales told me that they do not bill Medicare themselves, that I can file a claim with them for reimbursement. I did. It was rejected as this company is not Medicare approved, and this my Medigap will also not pay. The supervisor said he would review the recorded phone conversation with sales girl and " reprimand her" he stated not all companies are approved, and had no excuse for selling units to seniors with Medicare. This cost me 1120.00 out of my pocket.

I recently had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Easy Breathe that I believe others need to be aware of. On August 30, I contacted them about purchasing a CPAP machine and discussing my insurance coverage. The representative mentioned my plan had a high deductible but gave me inaccurate information about my in-network coverage, which led me to make a purchase based on incomplete and misleading information.

After later discovering that I did, in fact, have in-network coverage, contrary to what Easy Breathe had told me, I reached out to Keith on September 5 to request a refund. I initially contacted him by phone, followed by an email chain the same day. Shockingly, my emails were completely ignored, and it wasn't until I marked one as "urgent" that I even received any acknowledgment. Even then, despite customer service assuring me that my concerns would be addressed, I was met with silence.

To add insult to injury, the original charge was $399, but this amount was buried within nearly $100/month payments for 12 months, bringing the total cost to a staggering $1,400. This deceptive pricing, compounded by coercing me into a payment plan based on false information, is utterly unacceptable. If my in-network insurance had been correctly applied, my costs would have been reduced by 80%. It's clear to me that Easy Breathe prioritized squeezing more money out of me over being honest and maintaining integrity.

Furthermore, Easy Breathe's insistence on handling this issue exclusively through phone calls, rather than email, is highly suspicious. This seems like a deliberate attempt to avoid creating a written record, making it nearly impossible for me to track and resolve the issue. Meanwhile, the irony of receiving almost daily communications asking if I'd like to investigate my insurance with them—despite their blatant failure to disclose my coverage before—is not lost on me.

The product remains unopened, and I have yet to receive any written acknowledgment or resolution. This appalling lack of transparency and refusal to engage with my legitimate concerns has resulted in over $1,400 in unnecessary expenses.

I strongly advise against doing business with Easy Breathe. Their blatant disregard for transparency, their failure to provide crucial information, and their utter lack of customer care are unacceptable and should serve as a warning to others. I have also lodged a formal complaint with the BBB.

Shipping is awful
January 16, 2024

I paid 30 dollars for 1 day shipping because the velcro on my mask straps was wearing out. It's been 6 days and it's only just now getting to the "label created" stage! What's the point of spending all that money if it's still going to take forever for it to be delivered!

Recently my Resmed Airsense 10 started making an awful noise that kept me awake. They told me to get it fixed would take 5 to 8 weeks. Without a CPAP machine for that long, I would be a mess. There only answer for me was to buy another $1100 CPAP machine to replace it while it's gone for 5 to 8 weeks. They will be fixing my machine and I will be renting another one from another company, because they couldn't find a resolution to my issue. Buyers be careful with this company, they sell something that you need for survival and they don't give a **** about your well-being. Once my machine is fixed, I will make certain they never get a dime from me on supplies or anything else ever again.

I Can't Breathe
November 15, 2023

This thing is a death trap.

I bought:

AirSense 10 AutoSet Card-to-Cloud with HumidAir
AirFit P10 Mask with Headgear

I bought these because I snore, it wakes my spouse up, and I was getting NOWHERE with ENTs and home sleep study kits, which basically don't work.

I do not have apnea, have never had apnea, and until I bought this machine, I had never in my life woken up gasping for air.

"Continuous pressure" makes no sense, because HUMANS EXHALE.

I could not use this product. I cannot exhale using it. I kept gasping for air. I got the mask in addition to the nose pillow, but that did little to help. I put it on a low setting with ramp-up, and fell asleep, but then when it ramped up, I woke up gasping for air. So I put it on a low setting allowing me to fight through it, to push out hard while exhaling - and I fell asleep, but then my wife woke me up to tell me I was snoring again - WHILE WEARING THIS THING THAT I BOUGHT SO I WOULD STOP SNORING.

I ended up just throwing this out. What a waste of hundreds of dollars!

I had to get a new CPAP machine and parts back in April 2021. Ordering my machine and parts was easy back then and have had to reorder my gear again and it was easy to do. I will be ordering from them from now on.

Utterly wretched service
November 29, 2022

Waited a month and a half; they told me insurance wouldn't cover it without a prescription for a new one. Talked with Easybreath and my insurance rep on a conference call. Insurance company said it was covered. Three days later, EasyBreathe called back and said it wasn't covered. They are either incompetent or liars, or both.

I placed an order for a CPAP mask and strap that I had never tried, but wanted to. I usually get my supplies from another company thru my Medicare, but this mask was on back order with them. I managed to squeeze together the money to get the one mask and strap. I had NOTHING but problems with my order from the very beginning. The biggest problem is that 3 months later I got billed for another shipment that I hadn't ordered. I called and was informed that I was signed up under a "recurring" shipment deal. During the night last night I got the notification email that my shipment was getting ready to be sent. I called immediately this morning to say I didn't order a recurring shipment, but was told it was "TOO LATE TO CANCEL". The representative himself, Shaun, informed me that my initial order was in fact a recurring order... but also admitted that it was listed in the "FINE PRINT"! I told him that I am disabled and can't afford this, asking what I could do. He told me very matter of factly that there was NOTHING I could do! NEVER NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT HERE TO TRULY HELP THE CUSTOMER, BUT HERE FOR ALL THE $$$$ THEY CAN GET FROM YOU!

I purchased a new CPAP machine and agreed to a 4-9 week shipping time. It is now 19 weeks and they tell me they have no idea when it will be here because ResMed hasn't given them a time when they can expect their shipment. I have paid for the machine, and this is the 2nd machine that I have purchased from them OUT OF POCKET. The first being the cancer causing Philips Respironics Dream Station. The only thing they offer is a refund or a replacement with a severely inferior machine. No offer of a discount on other gear etc. This will be the last purchase I make from easybreath.

I order a new face mask and headgear. Paid and received an order number. The payment was taken out of my bank account, no receipt was ever sent to my email. 2 different representatives shuffled me back and forth insisting they had each emailed a receipt and I never received one. Easy breathe has yet to send an email stating the shipment and delivery date for my mask. I'm becoming concerned this is a scam and now I don't have the money to purchase a new mask from a legitimate supply place.

Worst customer service ever
September 25, 2021

I purchased a cpap machine online. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks until i got it and I agreed. 2 weeks later I checked my account for the status and it said that it was pending approval. I called to see why it was pending as I was already charged on my card. The person on the phone clearly rather collect money from unemployment as he showed no interest in my questions. Basically told me to wait for the machine if i wanted it. I waited another week and sent an email asking if the status was ever going to change. The automated system said Id get a call back within 24 hrs., of course that never happened. I called the next day and was told that they could not help me but that someone from sales would call me in 20 min. Never happened. So i called one last time and was told that they didn't get enough machines as promised and that quite a few people were left without machines. Again, zero communication and poor customer service. Needless to say i cancelled my order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY DO NOT CARE.
