Great prices, but the staff seems to have a lack of competence. I called them for an emergency (one of the pipes started to leak and quickly flooded the bathroom). The plumber had no clue how to fix it and was constantly calling someone for consultations.

I needed a hydrostatic pressure test done and Howard came out to do it. He discovered two breaks in one of the pipes, which meant I needed more work done and a follow-up pressure test. The whole experience was great, because Howard was extremely professional in the conduct of his duties; very knowledgeable in explaining issues and possible solutions; and he was also patient with me as he answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of each process he was performing on site. Howard was awesome! A special thanks to the Economy Plumbing office staff (Tricia) and the owner/management for their patience as I worked to get financial stuff ironed out when the company's partner financing company wasn't working. It was nice to have a service provider be flexible and understanding during a customer's time of need. Thanks for the great experience!
Economy plumbing were great, right from jump my tech was able to diagnose the problem based on my description, he went out of his way to purchase a valve which would allow him to demonstrate the problem, and then he fixed the issue. All within 3 hours!
I had a great experience with Economy. Our plumber was on time, polite and worked hard for 7 hours on 3 projects. One project had crumbling, unused pipes and took expertise and patience! He did exactly what we wanted, it all works perfectly and he left each project area spotless. The work matched the estimate and we will always use Economy from now on!
The employee was polite and knowledgeable, but the 20% coupon discount that motivated me to call them was eliminated with the exorbitant price I was charged for a simple repair. I will not use this company again and would advise others to not use them.
I was sent a very inexperienced plumber who had no idea of the issue on hand. As the company said they give free estimates, the plumber was first supposed to say he was diagnosing which would have a cost involved. That would have been fine, had he fixed the problem! I was charged $129.00 with nothing solved and he left saying that "I feel" this could be the problem"!
The plumber was very pleasant and helpful. He fixed the leak in the kitchen faucet easily, I thought I was going to need a new faucet. He also helped tighten up a leak in the bathroom without charging extra
Their service is unbelievable poor! Never ever use that company! They charge you money before they do anything, after that, they tell you they could not figure out what's the problem. Also, they would tell you to pay them immediately otherwise they would file police report for theft of service.

Economy Plumbing was dishonest in performing the work they said they would do, and what was actually performed. Also I was told by their management latter, that their "fixed price" only applies if the problem is simple and that a new fixed price would be quoted if the problem turned out to be more complicated. Also they wanted to sign the contract on a phone, the terms and conditions was never made clear.

They knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the leak on the faucet and had the parts to do it quickly and efficiently. Would hire them again for any water needs.

The plumber sent to my home, on short notice, was timely, friendly, and fixed the problem. I truly appreciated their ability to quickly fix a backup problem in my kitchen, When my son visited recently, he found a problem with the shower in guest bathroom, so I will be calling them again!
We had the best experience with Talmage and the rest of the Economy Plumbing team. They were incredibly friendly, flexible, and helpful during the scheduling and confirmation process. Talmage himself was an absolute delight and he made an incredibly stressful (and potentially very expensive) situation so much better. He truly went above and beyond to remove a bottle from our toilet and spent the time, energy, and care to try and give us the cheapest outcome possible, without having to break and replace the toilet. He was so friendly, polite, and charming and I am so grateful to him and the rest of the crew for helping us handle this situation so quickly. A+ professionalism, service, and overall experience. We will definitely be using Economy Plumbing again and I plan on spreading the word to any in need!
We were happy with our service, the interactions we had, and the fact that they called offering an earlier appointment time than originally scheduled. Overall a great experience
They were able to work me into their schedule despite being booked full, but it was certainly expensive for a non weekend simple drain unclogging. It took them literally 10 minutes or less. Had I known it would have been that much I would have purchased the tools and done it myself. But it is done now and they were very nice and very accommodating when it came to solving my clogged drain quickly.
Excellent service. Plumber came out for a different issue, but while he says there I asked him to check out shower temperature, which he did and fixed it on the spot.
