The company's reputation is mixed, with some customers appreciating the quality of educational materials and the ease of access for tutoring. Positive feedback highlights the site's usefulness for lesson planning and the engaging nature of its resources. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly issues related to unauthorized charges and a lack of responsive support. Many users express frustration over difficulties in unsubscribing and obtaining assistance, leading to perceptions of the company as untrustworthy. Overall, while the content quality is recognized, the customer service experience detracts from the company's overall appeal.

I never even heard of Education.com until they tried on seven different occasions to put a charge of $119.88 on my debit card which I had reported stolen. They just tried again to put the charge on yesterday. I don't know who they are, and I have never used their services. I even called them several times to tell them, yet again, that the card was reported stolen. They are thieves.
This game is such a SCAM I Can't Even play IT, When I do IT Just BREAKS DOWN! I am VERY MAD At this and I am only 9 Years old and I don't even have anger isuses! > :(
DO NOT USE THIS FOR HOMESCHOOLING. IT TEACHES YOUR CHILD NOTHING. IT'S VERY BORING FOR THE CHILD. ALL IT IS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. IF YOU REALLY WANT A GOOD HOMESCHOOLING APP DOWNLOAD READING EGGS. THEY ARE PHENOMONAL. YOU'RE CHILD WILL ACTUALLY LEARN FROM READING EGGS AND ALSO ENJOY THE LEARNING WITHOUT GETTING BORED. THIS IS WORTHLESS.
These days, kids use YouTube to receive fun lessons. I have seen many parents who buy a tablet for their kids and let them watch hours and hours of youtube videos. It's good as kids will no longer move around and will stop bothering their parents. But I must argue the quality of education on Youtube. That's why such websites come into play. There are online games, courses, videos and teachers. I'm not in the US, but I can still use their facilities. I thank them for it. I also wish they could add a scoring system on their website; something like stars that kids get when they learn new songs or match calculations. Critical thinking is also very important, so maybe riddles would be nice to see here. The kids of the future must learn to solve problems.
A great resource site where you can reach full materials and appropriate studies on every topic you are looking for in education.
I just found this site and I am so excited about it. I just started tutoring the cutest 1st grader, and she made two requests: she wanted to learn about the planets and about amphibians, so I needed to find some material very quickly. I found this site and was able to download some appropriate worksheets to use in the lesson, and she was so happy and enthusiastic about the material, that I had to write this review. I can't wait to explore the site in more depth and see what other treasures I can find.
