Money grubbing scum bags.
I do not recommend EOT for anyone looking for a fair, transparent, and supportive training provider.
They will fleece you out of your money, not allow you to attend the course and make you pay for new booking fees after not allowing you to attend, and hold you against policys that are not clearly advertised prior to enrolling on the course.
Stay away from these pricks at all costs.

The behaviour of some of the staff was condescending, patronising and haughty and rude. They had no intention of assisting me but rather trying to extend the course by adding extra questions that were not covered in the material. They are unqualified and unskilled in their jobs. I went to another institution and the process was far far better in every way. I am a highly qualified teacher and trainer and have never had colleagues like this.

Absolutely 100 times better todo and louse a day that doing it in this page!. Perhaps customers service reply in "copy paste emails with information that you can found in the wedsite, also if you want to submit a Video we take YEARS! This do not depend on YOUR internet, is the data wedsite terrible. 3 weeks waiting they reply every 3 or 4 days and have the audacity to reject one Video saying "blurry video", then explain more options when is not a specific requirement. So 3 WEEKS! For 1 video absolutely stupid!

Not only is it revealed you have to complete video submission section AFTER completing the multiple choice and paying for the course before you receive your RSA, the marking was super inconsistent, borderline incompetent.

While some feedback was valid, I am now sure that every new submission was marked by a different assessor with a different idea of a 'right' answer. I've just read in other reviews it feels like it was marked by AI, that feels about right.

I received contrary feedback on 1 question I had to resubmit 3 SEPERATE TIMES and then wait 2 days every time to see if that was correct. I mean was told to do 2 completely different things by feedback from 1st submission and feedback from second submission. My final submission that got me the accreditation was identical to my first, what a joke.

When I rang the help line (number not listed ANYWHERE on the site - red flag!) and was given another number to speak to an assessor (who was the only good part of the whole experience), she basically told me after listening to my 'wrong' answers that they were fine and she wasn't sure why they had been marked wrong.

SO even after giving myself a week to get the accreditation it took into the next week to receive, long after it was due for my job.

Watch out for this trap! After paying for a course with the promise of a certificate in 3 days, I was informed that an additional $100 was required to get it on time. And of course, once paid, it's non-refundable! No transparency, no respect for customers. Avoid this website at all costs, it's a waste of money and time.

Please avoid this course provider at all cost, I took online white card with my colleagues, we did it on the same time yet different standard were applied to everyone of us. Despite given the same answer, some passed the test, while some need to re-attempt it. They purposely review your answer late to pressure you into subscribe to their "urgent" service. Customer service is rude and loud will not listen to your explanation. Again customer service is not consistent, some colleague able to get their white card posted out from WA and some were rejected by their request. PLEASE AVOID USING THEM!

They jus keep making you spend money and money and if u mess up anything slightly they make you have to pay a 200 rebooking fee it is a waste of money and time just go to a service nsw branch/ rto

I just passed with RSA with eot.edu.au. I got the official documents from the Victorian Liquor Commision.

I saw many reviews that this is a scam and I started getting worried. I gave my video and audio assesment and it got passed with flying colours within 3 business days.

If you have patience, also are an independent learner and want the lowest price gurantee for an RSA. This is your best option.

On the other hand, if you are an abusive drunk maybe you are better off doing it in person for twice as much.

The process of obtaining my RSA through EOT felt frustrating and misleading and left me - dispite of having successfully completed the course - disappointed. The teaser of not having to pay until you finished the course is simply not true. After working my way through the 150 multiple choice questions, I was asked to submit payment. Which I cheerfully did, thinking this was it. Silly me. The most difficult part was yet to come: completing 5 difference case studies with 1-3 questions each which had to be answered by submitting a video of yourself demonstrating your actions. While technically it is pretty straight forward, but quite a few of my submissions were rejected, not only once but twice, after having been corrected each time. I suspect the feedback comes out of an automated programme (or by AI). There's no personal interaction, nor is there a helpline or an offer of assistance (only if you are having technical difficulties). My only explanation for the forwards and backwards was that the "assessor" didn't understand my accented English (mother tongue: German). Given the importance of what the RSA represents, I find this impersonal and misleading training platform discouraging.

After you pay $34, they just want you to pay another $105 for the priority service; Otherwise, you will never pass your verbal recording assessment.
After the first submission, I waited for 3 business days to get the initial feedback. However, if you need to resubmit again, you will need to wait for another three business days. Because my work is coming the next day, I have to pay $105 to get this stupid priority service.
However, after the second submission, they asked me to do another recording for three questions with their nonsense comments. This time, I just recorded whatever and submitted it because the process was just ridiculous, making me feel fooled.
Not even 1 minute, my assessment was completed and approved. I finally got a certificate with the payment of $34+$105. This is even more convincing that I was a fool to choose this website.

If this is not a bull$#*! scam, please tell me what it is.

They ask you to complete 120 questions, and show you a page looks like you will get your certificate after 39AUD payment. However, they will ask you do more video assessments, and typically need a week to get it marked, if you need to re-submit your assessment, you need another week for them to review. If you want speed up, that's 105AUD per 24hrs express service. Very ridiculous. Stay away from this scammer company!

Just designed to make you pay extra money for the "priority" service. It's better not to make it online, if you want to receive to your certificate quickly, this is definitely not a solution

The course clearly states don't have to pay before completion but step 3 required payment details to continue with no OPT out option to proceed. Now regardless of what stage I'm at in the course, finish is finish and I was advised when getting to a certain point it deducts payment with no opt out. This online company is rubbish it clearly required payment BEFORE completion of final the assessment. Oh and lastly they require you to sign up to a 3rd party to validate review promising not to share information or review won't be published.STEER CLEAR.!

Have had the worst customer service experience!
Im living in Victoria which does not allow online white card courses anymore. I was in QLD for a week and read on thier website that as I was physically in QLD I was eligible to obtain a QLD white card (valid Australia wide). After making full payment ($230+) and completing all requirements I booking a class for the next day. An hour before the class started my account was flagged. I was told before I was allowed in to the class I needed to get a signed and witnessed stat dec stating I was physically in QLD. Despite signing multiple acknowledgments and policy stating that I was. I simply could not get one before the class started. After emailing and explaining the situation I was very rudely told that signing their policy agreement wasn't good enough. I explained that I was going back to Victoria in a few days so rescheduling the class wouldn't be an option for me. I was told again, very rudely, that no refund will be given.

Don't use this company they will try every trick to steal your money.

They say you don't pay until you pass.

She paid $12 to get a better copy of the certificate the the free downloadable one then they don't send it.
I should forward a complaint.
It's not the amount of money it's there shifty behaviour.

I'm only interested in my daughters certificate dont want your appology. Either send it to her and not the free downloaded copy that we already done ourselves.

Apparently buried in their website is requirements of the course that only come out when you pay the fee. Despite being upfront it is impossible for me to meet this requirement, they refused to refund. Very unreasonable people.

This training centre just scam. Don't believe! Scam scam scam. They gonna ask you lot of things. If don't have these you need to rebook and need to pay again again.

If you need a certificate for a job don't use this online course. I ended up paying for another online course and I got my RSA certificate in a few hours.

I had to submit my video assessment 3 times, the feedback was so poor and actually it was like a copy and paste so didn't help me at all, also they take ages to reply and if you need your certificate faster you have to pay almost double of the original price.

I asked for help several times as it was very important to get the certificate for a pre employment contract.

When I finally got the certificate thought another online course that was even cheaper and O much easier to navigate and understand than this one, asked for a refund and they refused to do it and sent me the same email Over and over.
Still waiting for it.

Very disrespectful and they couldn't care less about giving me the right guidance.

I'm writing this because I'm extremely frustrated with this website. I spent 4 hours answering 136 questions and recording video assessments, only to be rejected twice for minor details that wouldn't affect my eligibility for a white card. It's infuriating considering the in-person option for a white card can be obtained in just 2 hours. This online process is just ridiculous.
