We were not satisfied with the tickets we received for the event that we paid for. The site was not specific about buying second hand tickets. Why would you not say you are reselling your tickets and be honest about doubling your money on a religious event. We will attend the event because we want to hear the local band.

Ordered a pool cleaner which arrived with a defective diaphragm. Asked to provide a video which is impossible since its winter and pool is closed. I offered to purchase a replacement to correct the issue. I was told they don't sell replacements. Unit is useless without a replacement which is a normal wear item. Don't buy from them.

A month after these scammers took my money and would not reply to any correspondence,
I contacted my bank, ASB NZ ( Commonwealth Bank of Australia) and after supplying proof of purchase etc, they REVERSED the transaction to my credit card, and at last Kogan's only correspondence was to acknowledge the refund. SO, to all you people out there who have been scammed by these crooks, ring your bank and do the same. Prudent to cancel your credit card also, and your bank will issue new one. Hope this helps.

Ordered both items the same day. Received 1st item on Thursday and the 2nd on Friday. Had both items installed by Sunday afternoon, although the grill inserts were a little tricky with no instructions, had to build some modified clips as I trimmed the original grill too much.

Since the passing of my uncle Albert Shaddox Jr on July 13,2023 I have received lie after lie still. Here it is March 7,2024 and they continue with the same Bull**** that they pulled twice at the bank when I tried to shut his account down. Bank of America on Centennial in Richardson TX Should be shut down for being lying thieves period! Even with everything asked for they continue with more and more lies. I've spoken with my Attorney and I can promise you I'm fixing to take care of that lying thieving bunch. So please nobody bother opening account with them because your money will be taken from account, just like my deceased uncles was, and you'll be on the phone every time you turn the corner trying to find out what they took money for this time! But to take a deceased mans money is disgraceful, disrespectful and totally sickening. Thank you Cindy Fields/Albert Shaddox Jr (the deceased). I added his name since was his account and he was moving from that bank but passed away before he could.

Keep getting fake emails about my order being in Orlando. I live a short distance from Orlando and it doesn't take a week to drive the dress to me. I'd have picked it up myself but there's no indication the item is continuing on its way. I'm frustrated about having no dress for my event so I'll call credit card company and cancel order and let them know I've been scammed.

Paid for a Hotel reservation through this site, however when I arrived, had to pay again because Best Western tried to cash voucher it was declined. Best Western re-attempted to cash voucher but remained declined. Best Western even attempted to contact web site, but got no response. I ended up paying for room again and attempted to contact site, but to date I have received no response from site. Still waiting. Will never use this site again
