When ordering progressive lens, I do not see the option for wider near lens, which I get If I get it from Walmart or any other retailer.

I have never ordered from an online place and was really skeptical about doing it. My prescription is a bit complicated with bifocals and a prism. They got my prescription correct and haven't had to much trouble adjusting to it. I absolutely love my frames. They're the first ones in 5 years I've enjoyed as much as I do. It's nice to be able to filter down to frame size and face shape. I looked at 5 other places for glasses and did not find something that really matched the criteria that I was looking for. I will definitely be ordering from eyeconic again. Only downside was the processing and shipping seemed to take forever but it was within their guidelines given. Only con would be that there wasn't a filter to use that could differentiate between nose pads being in place or not. I got one of each.

I ordered the exact same product with same options as last year was over $100 dollars more this year. The bs about getting a great deal smells like inflated price insurance fraud. Going to find out. Dust imbedded in the coatings, mix matched screws, scratched lenses straight from eyeconic and one never found pair of glasses lost in shipping. Do the F***ing math. Finding other provider.

Easy to choose the right glasses, upload the Rx, and ship. Since I have done this before, I know if for whatever reason they are exactly like expected, they can be returned. Super easy process!
CUstomer service îs responsive when I wanted to change the lease type. However, They just cancelled the order instead of adjusting it for me. SO I had to do everything again.
My glasses were made according to my prescription. I don't return them often, but when I have needed to, they have solved any issue. The try-on app is better now and makes it easier to select the correct glasses.
Virtual Try-on has been improved. Now it is easier to check your style, and the experience is similar when you are in the store.
I have ordered from other major eyewear retailers and Eyeconic has been and by far the most expensive out of all of them. Unless you are like me and are forced to order your contacts from this company, steer far away from this ripoff artist.

Eyeconic offers a wide variety of frames at a great price. The process is very easy and guided instructions and helpful videos are a great added feature to ease thr process.

Amazing glasses, amazing shipping, I loved the glasses box too, and it came in perfect condition, I did not need to adjust them at all.

This whole company is scammy. You can only use your vision insurance at their website, and MAGICALLY a 12 pack of contacts is the exact price of your yearly contacts allowance. I priced several websites and stores, and coincidentally, the contacts sold on this site are the most expensive, by far. I hate that my employer uses VSP and eyeconic.

The last time I ordered one years worth of contacts (2023) it was $12 after my insurance. The same contacts this time were over $100 after my insurance so I had to go with the generic brand instead.
Overwhelmed by the process of choosing a pair of glasses, I decided on functionality over style for a quick selection. The pair of frames I selected got the job done, they looked nice on me, and they didn't break the bank.
Easy to use with VSP insurance. I'll probably still end up purchasing another pair of glasses elsewhere as the selection is very limited and did not really appeal to my personal taste. I was thankful to find the one pair for a decent price, but I'm not thrilled about them.
Eyeconic does the heavy lifting for you by integrating the insurance tool on the site. They add the prices in real time when browsing and allows you to toggle between family members. The tech team has done amazing with the ease of navigation, something I cannot say with the competition.
