While DHL handled the delivery, I received no prior communication regarding the arrival time. Promptly reaching out to customer service, they swiftly furnished the necessary delivery and tracking information, a crucial aspect of online orders. Despite this hiccup, I find myself drawn to Fabricoz's product range and would certainly consider purchasing from them again.

I recently needed an Indian outfit for a wedding I was invited for and came across Fabricoz website while searching on google. The store has good collection of various Indian style dresses and provided good options for custom stitching and delivery. I ordered a Lehenga choli style outfit and very happy with the stitching, fitting and quality of the order I received. It very well matched what was displayed on the website in terms of fabric details etc. and arrived within 2 weeks. It was a nice overall experience to buy my first Indian outfit. I was a bit worried because they are online only, yet my dress arrived quickly and it was absolutely lovely! Got a perfect lehenga for my formal from fabricoz! The website was super easy to use. They ship fast for garments made to order with perfect fit. I recently found out they are now doing more casual day wear which is very exciting as they have lots of beautiful fine cottons. Love premium high thread count voiles or as they call it lawn. Just beautiful I look forward to more easy wear day items. Well done Fabricoz and thank you for your fantastic prices.

THE PHOTOS ARE VERY DECEIVING.THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS COMPLETELY AWEFUL.THE FABRIC OF THE MATERIAL WAS CRAP AND THE COLOUR WAS NOT THE SAME THE WAY IT LOOKED ON THE WEBSITE.

WHEN I EMAILED THEM ABOUT IT,THEY RESPONDED AND LATER ON INTSTEAD OF SOLVING THE ISSUE THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS.USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW MY $150 ARE WASTED!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Their custom stitching policy for return or exchange sucks big time. They ruined 2 orders for me total money spent was 350. Now they're offering to refund only the stitching fee which is $25 for each! Like what in the actual F!
