I ordered a couple of dresses and received them on 30.10. One dress was defective, and I made a defect claim on 31.10. I received a confirmation of the claim. They answered me 30.11 "we can not proceed with this request as the claim has to be made within 14 days of delivery"?!?!?!?!?!?! I sent you the claim the next day after the delivery. I have sent them 4 emails ever since, no answer... I have now asked my bank to revoke the payment. I will tell all my artist and performing friends to never order from them. I will make a TikTok as well, as they are literally scamming!

They constantly push these huge promotions to lure people in, but the moment you place an order, they can't keep up with the supply and demand they created themselves. On top of that, they false advertise "One Day Shipping" just to get you to check out faster—but it NEVER arrives in one day. I've paid for One Day Shipping multiple times and not once has it shown up on time. Instead, every order has an "exception," which basically means they took my money and didn't deliver what they promised. This isn't a one-time mistake; this has happened 4-5 different times, which proves they know exactly what they're doing and just don't care. They refuse to refund shipping properly and try to push store credit like that fixes anything. The only reason I finally got a working contact was because my delivery carrier gave me *******@fashionnova.com (and you are welcome, because you will not find that listed anywhere). Even then, dealing with them is exhausting. They only give you 14 days to report damaged items and refuse to make exceptions. When I placed over an $800 order, I found a damaged piece that was not even eligible for return. There was no explanation, just a flat refusal. Also be aware that any return is for store credit only, not an actual refund. On top of that, Fashion Nova never posts the negative reviews I have submitted, which is very telling. If you shop here, make sure to read the bad reviews, not just the good ones, because that is where you will see the real patterns. Bottom line: Fashion Nova has trendy styles and constant sales, but quality is inconsistent, sizing is unrealistic for shorter women, returns are store credit only, and customer service is one of the worst I have dealt with. I'll start by saying that I've made more than 75 purchases from Fashion Nova since 2018, and I have proof to back that up. Recently, I placed an order worth $440, which I never received. I contacted their customer service, and Fashion Nova told me that it wasn't their problem and that they aren't responsible for a missing package. However, in reality, the merchant is responsible for the order until it is received by the customer. If the package is not received, the merchant must refund the customer. Since they made no attempt to help me, I contacted the Consumer Protection Office in my country (Canada). They advised me to contact my bank and file a chargeback request, which I did. After that, Fashion Nova reached out to me, suddenly claiming they wanted to help, but since there was already an active chargeback request, they said there was nothing they could do. Now, I placed another order afterward, and I received it yesterday. My order was missing one of the sets I purchased and instead included a pair of boots — which I never ordered at all! I contacted customer service again, and so far, I still haven't received any response from them. I'll probably have to contact my bank again to dispute the missing item. This is theft, Fashion Nova! I've been ordering from fashion nova for years. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site, usually when I have a problem with my item not being received or damaged, they have always been able to help me. For the first time, I made a purchase since the beginning of November. Once the items arrived, 'the sizes didn't fit'. So for the first time, I returned the items for a store credit.They confirmed that they had received the items and explained that there seemed to be a problem when my item was scanned at their distribution center. To this day, after several emails, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE $97 CREDIT NOTE I purchased on their site! Especially since I had to pay $35 to return the package, only to have it stolen by FASHION NOVA.I received 4 emails from fashion nova telling me the SAME thing! But no credit note! You're nothing but thieves and you make people rich! Very poor way to operate.
I am a frequent shopper on this website. Recently, I purchased 3 dresses. When I received the package, 2 of the dresses were missing from the order. I contacted customer service, and they took a while before they replied. They stated that they shipped my items and it's their right to deny a refund or replacement, stating that an irregular or excessive history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items. Where is the record of this? There was only one other similar incident a couple of years ago, where I also did not receive an item. They suck! They make no accommodations for customers responsible for keeping them in business. I wish I could give zero stars!

If you order to UK forget about free returns. I have been asked to pay for 3 dresses I have ordered extra and pay nearly £30 for a return to them... how disappointing that they don't inform before purchasing that you will need to cover the costs of the shipping to them! This company is a joke has 0 customer services. Ask for 100 pictures of everything than another picture than more pictures of crap. And after all are sent. They take it from the beggining. Horrible customer service, No phone number to speak with a representative, not even online you can chat with a representative, this should be available... No return label offer, client has to pay return label at a very high price, on top of that if return only store credit offered. Very disappointed

I am DONE DONE DONE with Fashion Nova. They practice false advertisements paired with horrid, non-existent human customer support and lousy refund practices, I'm completely over it. I'd ordered a couple of things in the pass nothing to jump up and down about but cute. February I ordered a duster that my gf had on and I thought wow super cute. I caught one of those 24 or 48 hr sales with the free next day shipping. I looked up, down and sideways of that entire site. I waited until an hour before the sale was over (there was a count down timer on the site) and placed my order. Thinking the free shipping would be added at the end I was surprised when it wasn't. I called immediately (by call I sent a message and waited for someone to respond within 72 hours) and was told that I'd have to make a $100 purchase for the shipping deal. I said I have taken pictures of the site and nowhere did it say that but apparently that was MY bad. They had another sale, same shipping offer, I thought here they go again with the false ads. I decided I wasn't ordering again. Last week i saw the same sale but now it includes the $100 minimum purchase message on the site. Guess I wasn't the only one complaining about the very deceptive ad plus I didn't open that duster package for 3 months I was so mad. 3 weeks ago my niece had on a nice pair of grey sweats khaki style shorts. Apparently only Fashion Nova sold this particular style. I saw they had the whole outfit plus 40% off. I ordered and only received the shorts, no hoodie and no price change. I told them if they didn't have the entire outfit they should have informed me and why would I pay for the price of an outfit just to receive shorts. Now here is the kick in the butt. I immediately processed a return that i had to pay for myself $4.99 and they only give you a store freakin credit, period. I would have kept the shorts just to be DONE with Fashion Nova. I'm letting my niece order something on the store credit and then I'm blocking and unsubscribing completely. I can not believe so many ppl still do business with Fashion Nova especially when it's obvious that customers get no respect from them.

Order was promised to me about 10 to 14 days after I ordered I didn't receive my order until a month and two days later., When I asked my refund, they told me they were unable to refund me my money even though I didn't get my order until I returned the items. I explained to them that I did not receive my items so I was unable to return my items and just wanted to refund, but they refused to give me a refund. They said they looked at my tracking and I will have to return my items for a store credit only. When my items came a month and days later I return that would be because the quality was bad. Please do not order from this company. Save your money save your time and save your mental. The se one time I ordered from the to try to use my store credit so I would not lose that on my money, my store credit did not process, I immediately asked my order reached out to customer service and told them that my school credit did not process, and I wanted to use that as a payment instead of putting on my credit card. They told me that they already processed my order and they could not cancel my order. I would have to return the items for another store credit. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about.
