Salesman Christian Diaz telephones and emails repeatedly, asking if I've "made a decision" and "what [he] can do to earn [my] business", and up until today, my response has been the same -- NO, I haven't made a decision yet, because you haven't done the ONE THING I asked you to do to earn my business: tell me how much the tile I want is going to cost. Today, my response was "You -still- haven't given me the price quote I asked for. I placed an order with one of your competitors last Friday."

Other people from FastFloors have been emailing me, too: General Manager Gerard Cuozzo assures me that their goals include "You get immediate return calls or email responses" -- nope, I have received NO email responses at all from anyone; it doesn't appear that anyone there even reads emails -- and "You get the pricing to fit your budget" -- nope, NO pricing information at all so far -- and "We answer all of your questions" -- nope, NO answers at all, just more empty words about how important my business is to them. Sorry, Gerard, you're 0-for-3 there. My business obviously isn't all THAT important to you, or you'd respond to my emails at least once or twice. Customer Success Manager Greg Thompson writes "I wanted to just make sure that we did everything we could to earn your business" -- nope, you haven't done ANYthing -- and " If there is anything more we could do for you, please make sure to contact me and let me know" -- nope, I DID contact you to tell you that Christian isn't giving me a price quote, and you never responded.

My experience is that this company is long on talk and short on action.

The 100% TOTAL LACK OF RESPONSE to my emails -- when I'm just a *potential* customer, and they're [supposedly] trying to "earn my business" -- does not bode well for how they might respond if there's a problem with an order AFTER they have my money.

So do what I did: buy somewhere else, anywhere else, from a dealer that responds to customer inquiries with useful, meaningful information instead of a long stream of BS.

Fastfloors.com is also getfloorsonline.com. Horrible experience on $6800 order. Very deceptive firm. First, flooring price appeared a savings versus Lowes but then a $670 shipping fee wiped out savings (vs. Lowes free or $79 delivery fee). Second, got told item was backordered unlike Lowes. Third, and most important, delivery did not include all items and pallets were overloaded and crushed to the point the shipper could not unload product. We manually unloaded over 50 boxes at 66 lbs each. We immediately submitted a claim (on a Thursday) for the missing and damaged items but were told by Marcia we'd have to photograph each individual piece by Monday or the claim would be denied. That was impossible for us. The claim was denied... we we're even denied the missing items. Marcia was unfriendly and unsympathetic. Last, we realized the salesman asked us to pay via an echeck, later, realizing that limits customer ability to dispute. Overall, a cunning firm. Lowes would have returned, replaced, provided missing items... and cost the same in the end.

Love my floors

The service was easy online ordering. Staff was there to help every inch of the way. Christian and Manderline were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were good. They delivered to my house but had difficulty getting it in my driveway because they used the wrong lift and could not get it over the lip. I love my floors and happy with the quality. I am disappointed because I ordered 6 boxes too many and returns are not easy or worth the trouble.

I bought 17 boxes of LVP flooring. The delivery process was difficult. Of the 17 boxes (136 pieces), there were 6 that were very damaged and 4-5 others that were damaged but still could be partially used. I submitted a claim for 1 full box (8 pieces) to replace the damaged ones. Fortunately, I had many pictures of the damaged boxes and well as the damaged content. Since I installed the flooring myself, it took longer than expected.

Although I was right up to the claim submission date, Marcia guided me through the submission (through their website) but wasn't sure that it would be successful. Within a couple of weeks, the new box arrived. My thanks to Marcia for all of her help to retain a customer satisfied.

I have been working with Fast Floors as a design/trade professional for several years. What sets them apart for me is the 5 star customer service. I worked with Miss M. On an issue we had after install on a certain manufacturer's flooring. She was thorough as well as pleasant. In the end I believe I had the best possible outcome as far as it was in her control to deliver.

We will be back Fast Floors!

Great experience from start to finish. Ordered 112 boxes of tiles and only 7 arrived broken. They promptly sent 3 boxes to replace the broken tiles. Marcia in particular was extremely helpful.

Please, be very careful. This is not a great product and it is not worth the price. The gold color started to fade after a week of installation. Fast floors charged me a lot of money the product and shipping. Waist of money and time.

Hi Sandy, we are not happy to hear you had an issue with the tile you received. We sent this image to our installation team and they stated, based on the picture, it looks like the contractor grouted over the gold tiles and this is why it looks this way. We have sold a lot of Emser Tile over the years and we have not run into an issue like this with them. However, if there is a tile defect, we can replace it for you. We would file the claim for you and we would do all the hard work with Emser to either get you a replacement or reimbursement if the tile is defective. If you believe the tile to be defective please email claims@fastfloors.com or call us at (800) 498-1750 and ask for the claims department. We will be more than happy to assist you with this situation.

The Very Best Experience!

I searched widely for a hardwood product that would suit my expectations before deciding on a particular flooring. I then contacted a number of online and local companies to find the best service and price. Chris Cardena-Court with FastFloors was responsive to my questions and needs. He was clear and direct through the purchase process and arranged for a smooth shipping and delivery process with the assistance of Kristen, who handles that aspect. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!

Taking care of customers

Ordering from FastFloors.com was a great experience with the salesman being very professional, answering all my questions, and keeping in regular touch during the sales and shipping process. Pricing of the product was very competitive, and with an additional holiday discount I decided to place my order for high-end luxury laminate flooring.

Unfortunately, some of the laminate boards arrived with shipping damage. Upon making a claim with FastFloors, it was handled promptly and professionally, an order for replacement material was placed to be shipped to us. Hopefully we can finish our flooring project very soon, which turned out to be a very nice floor throughout our home.

Thanks to the folks at FastFLoors!

I was in a predicament with a partial order of bamboo flooring purchased through another company leaving me short ~20% to complete my install. Per the manufacturer this flooring SKU was no longer being distributed so I contacted many flooring companies with absolutely no luck.

Fastfloors.com was going to be my last attempt and luckily Chris took my call. He was super helpful, very transparent, and took the time to contact a vendor and track down the boxes I needed! During the same call Chris was also able to get my "small" retail order submitted and now I can finally breathe a sigh of relief...

Quality Service and Price

Chris was wonderful. He was able to answer all my questions about the product I was interested in. I purchased Soho Chevron Maple and was a bit weary of purchasing online due to the product being so fragile. However, Chris assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Very Responsive & Solid Pricing

We purchased LVP floors and worked with Chris (Cadena-Cort). He always answered my calls and responded immediately to any questions I had. He also reached out to the manufacturer to confirm a question I had about installation. We ordered the product 2-3 business days ago so I can really only comment on my experience so far but there haven't been any issues/concerns. From the information I had, pricing seemed very fair and Chris was able to quickly source the inventory I needed.

I had been shopping online for pool tile for a few days. I finally picked one and sent quote requests to 3 different companies. Chris C. Responded almost immediately and made it so easy! The supplier was already closed for the day so we ordered the next morning. The other two companies had still not even responded to my request yet!
My tile was delivered today and it is exactly what I wanted. Very happy customer!
