We booked flights through flight hub and paid 97 $ for check in baggage but they didn't pay this to porter airlines so when we reached to airport on 14 November, we had to pay again. I called flight hub but no one helped me to get my money back
Once you book your ticket, you check with the airline and the info doesn't match. It's a back-and-forth with the airline and FlightHub. Finally, you find out they on purpose switch your Last name and firstname and they want you to purchase a new ticket... The nerve on this guys... They even ask you to upload an image of your passport to see if there's something they can do for a fee of 75$. Meaning you are paying 75$ to a potential identity theft. Once you are exhaust of chating with IA and Human Agents they are going to sell the same ticket to the next sucker. No procedure to file a complaint... They just ignore you if you have legit compalint. FlightHub? Do not walk away, RUN as fast as you can.

The worst company you deal with to book a ticket. They are clever in grabbing your money then disappear. They have no human reps to talk to when you have complaint. I booked a flight from Cairo to Toronto. Because I have a medical issues in my leg, I must have front row seat as so, I paid CAD $65 to upgrade my seat. It ended up when boarded on plane that the seat I booked is not first row seat as shown on the plan on their website when booked it. On their plan, it shows the seat 21K with no seats in front of it and that what I paid for. While on plane there was an entire row 20 and seat 20K was in front of me unlike what they showed on their site. I had to suffer for 11.5 hrs of long non-stop trip because of their manipulation and misleading info. After my return, I contacted the customer support and took 3 weeks to reach to someone who insisted they did nothing wrong and clearly stated they don't do any refunds. First: they cheated and misled n showing wrong plan to grab the money from my pocket
Second: they show careless in responding to my complaint since the trip is over and the money sits in their pocket
Third: you really would suffer and struggle to reach to human agent who is based in Egypt not Canada.
Forth: no one even cared to show professionalism nor responsibility towards my medical situation I gone through for 11.5 hrs. I'm attaching hereby the screenshot from their site which shows no seats in row 20 in front of seat 21K I booked. After they finally put manager on call, he said there is no error from the company's side although there is no seat shown in row 20
We booked an Air Transat flight through Flighthub. The flight got cancelled and we were reimbursed for the flight by Air Transat but the $320 CND we paid for upgraded seats were not.
Air Transat reimbursed Flighthub for the seats who then were supposed to pass that on to us.
They claim they never got the money. We sent Flighthub a detailed email from Air Transat showing that they had sent the money to them. After spending 3 separate hour long sessions over a two week period we gave up. We asked to speak with a manager a number of times but their representatives wouldn't escalate the issue. A shady company that we will never deal with again.
One price is visible and that is th eprice quote that you THINK your are getting... then as you scroll down and provide your credit card information the price has been scrolled upwards and you no longer can see it. By that time service fees have been added and "GOTCHA". Expect a shock. Best advice... avoid FLIGHTHUB and deal directly with the airline... a sad lesson to learn.
Plus you cannot cancel in the standard 24 hour period for a full refund. Took two phone calls and a wait of more than an hour to talk to a human which was like talking to an insolent brick
Do not book with this travel site, under any circumstances, their fares are not the least expensive, nor is the 8nformation, as far as availability accurate, canceled, and still waiting for our full refund.
Booked a return flight for a family of 10 with Flighthub (I call them FlightSCAM) and added a cancellation policy for convenience. They refuse to honour their own cancellation policy and charged me $200 cancellation fee per passenger plus airline cancellation fee of $277 each. Lost almost half of my price I paid. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU unless you want to lose your money.
I cannot stress it enough. Stay away from Flighthub. The worst booking company out there. I Booked with them to go back home. Tried to change flights and i couldn't get a hold of anyone for weeks. Would take 12 hours sometimes, while talking to bots due to a travelling conflict. I ended up booking an extra flight with another airline in case i missed my final flight. Finally, the day of the trip came, went to the airport and Alaska Airlines refused to let me travel despite the fact that I had all my documents and a clean record. I called Flighthub who offered no solution. They cancelled my flight and charged me 700$ to ge the full refund…you heard it…Full refund minus 700$ cancellation fee. Never again. Stay away. Don't be surprised if they use bots/AI to write some good reviews. They're brutal. Stay away.
FlightHub cancelled my return flight and ignored all emails and calls—even after the airline confirmed a refund was available. I had to buy a last-minute ticket home at a much higher price. Even contacting the CEO got no response. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.
Very disappointing experience with Flighthub. I had high expectations based on their reputation, but the service fell far short. Flighthub works fine — until you need to make a change. That's when the real issues start. While most airlines offer passengers at least one free change, Flighthub refuses to extend any such flexibility. Despite multiple requests, they stick to rigid, scripted policies and demand additional payments, even when the new fare is lower than the original. Worse still, the charges are not just unreasonable — they're excessive. In my case, the fees for a simple change exceeded 25% of the original ticket cost. And it doesn't stop there: it's not about the itinerary or the complexity of the change; it's purely about the number of passengers. Every traveler in your booking gets charged individually(as per chat), sending the total well beyond what's fair or justifiable. It's time for Flighthub to introspect and stop turning a blind eye to these harsh, customer-unfriendly practices. Travelers should not be subjected to such inflexible and profit-driven policies — especially when airlines themselves are far more understanding and accommodating across globe.
Do not buy one of the add ons: Cancellation Protection. They will do eveything they can to not refund you. They have this third party called Refundable.me which is a pure scam. Their webform is designed to denied every claim possible and complicate your refund process. Buy plane ticket directly to the airline company!

Please use native English speakers. The script was very long, and they told me to calm down when they didn't hear me. In short, never again.
I had a very frustrating experience with FlightHub. This was my first time using their service, and it was disappointing. Due to an unforeseen visa issue with my mother, I had to make last-minute changes to my travel plans. When I reached out to FlightHub for assistance, the support I received was unhelpful. There's no clear customer service email address, and it was very difficult to get in touch with a human being to resolve my issue.
I was left stranded without any meaningful assistance, and my situation was not handled in a timely or satisfactory manner. Compared to other agencies like Expedia and Booking.com, whose customer service I've had positive experiences with, FlightHub's customer service did not meet expectations. I was only connected to a chat service, which offered no support during a stressful situation.
This experience has made me hesitant to use FlightHub again, and I would recommend looking for more reliable options for your travel needs.
I travel more than 3x overseas every year so trust me when I say of all my experiences in international travel, this is the only horrible experience I've ever had. This is my first time to use their service because they offered the lowest price for a long haul flight to Asia and I wanted to try something new. Deeply regretted that! HUGE MISTAKE. I not only spent more $$ eventually PLUS unnecessary aggravation and waste of my precious time dealing with seating request refund issues. They emailed a link to request refund for it but the link doesn't even give me that option but showed me other services I can add. I complained numerous times but they still charged my bank anyway. I should have just booked directly with the airline where I was actually the one who really got my preferred seats - for FREE. They send you feedback forms and so you put all your issues there and never really resolved the issue in your favor nor get personal attention to your individual case. Lip service customer service. Online chats with them are so exasperating. They can't do anything. In the end, I decided to just them go ahead charge me unjustly because going through the dispute charge process was wasting my time. This company doesn't even deserve any star. Never again. Don't get ripped off.
Had tickets booked through flighthub for last june (over $4000). Westjet went on strike the day of flight. Had to rebook hotels with penalties from same day cancelation. And earliest flight 1 week late. Edmonton-St. John's. It's now February.

I recently voided my booking because FLIGHTHUB made a mistake in class of my ticket
I paid for business class, but a segment of the flight in Booking confirmation showed economy class, for that reason I voided my booking, otherwise I would not void the ticket,
I noticed I was charged $75, for booking modification, while this was not my mistake.
The worse is that I can not reach any live person, Only the robot answers and my issue was not solved

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
