Placed an order which after a month I did not receive. Contacted them for a status update and received a robo response that they would look into it and respond. Well, they never responded. A couple weeks later asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Neither happened. Would give zero stars if that was possible.
I received my personalized heart necklace within 2 weeks. It was worth the wait! It came in a small pretty box as well.
After waiting several months for two bracelets I ordered they arrived - but they were the wrong bracelets. I tried to return them in exchange for the correct bracelets and they said too much time expired! Now I stuck with 2 bracelets bearing a saying I don't believe and am without the gifts I wanted to encourage two friends.

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter, something she picked out. Money was taken out right away. Item not rec'd, emails go unanswered, phone number isn't legit! So now I'm out the money……. Not happy.
Horrible customer service. I have sent this company two messages. Neither were returned. My shipment has taken so long that I could've had it strapped to the back of a tortoise and pointed it in the direction of my house and it would've gotten here quicker. I have no way to review the product because it still isn't here. I will never order from these people again.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM, FAKE COMPANY
I ordered this one year ago! I have yet to receive it! My payment appeared on my Dec. 24th, 2018 Visa Statement --21.78 USD@ 1,******* = $30.39.
Ordered a necklace over a month ago and the item has not shipped and after multiple emails I can not get a refund.
Was impressed with the fast delivery and also the quality and specifications described of product were satisfying and exact, simply happy with the product

I ordered kissing whales key chain, after several weeks they sent kissing pigs. I asked for a refund, they said they would send the whales. It's has been over a month and despite my consisten request for a refund they said they can't because it is in process and that was one day after they said it was back ordered. They are thieves and liars do nothing buy anything from them. You won't get it.
Today is March 23,2019 and I placed an order on January 26th, 2019 for 2 Grandmother/Granddaughter bracelets to give to my granddaughters on their birthdays in February as a small side gift. I got a message on January 28th that it was on its way. Hmmmmmmm... it must be going by Pony Express... still not here. Maybe I'll get them in time for 2020... Never, never, never, never again!
A broken bracelet arrived. I called customer service. They they were sorry and hung up. I ordered some shoes. Came with all Chinese writing. Even UPS couldn't figure it out, so I can't return them. Thank God for Pay Pal. I would NEVER do business with this company again.
Reading these reviews surprises me. The people complaining about, it's not silver its not gold are uneducated when it comes to jewelry. The prices Florence Scovel offers it couldn't be possible for the pieces to be real silver or gold. I have never had a problem with their delivery or customer service.
