Terrible- total scam!

This is a total scam, I ordered some things on Black Friday and I still don't have them, it's January 4! Every time that I reach out, I get the same BS answer that it's in transit but I know that I will never get them because this is not a real site
Please, do yourself a favor and do not order from them!
I would give ZERO stars if I could but needed one to continue

Worst company ever

They sent me the wrong items and want to charge me to send them back to China. Going back and forth they were trying ti offer me a discount to keep the items which I have 0 use for. Told me I have to return them and pay for the shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rip off

This site may be a rip off...ordered something about a month ago...keep getting the run around. Paid for expedited shipping and still not there. Can't track it. I may report this to the BBB and the attorney general. Warning...watch out.

I ordered my mom a Jaguars Tebow jersey (don't judge me). I order it in May 21 for her birthday in mid July. It was set to arrive on the 7th. All was well. Here on the 10th of July I check the order review and now it won't be here until August 5th? Contact the help center and best they can do is July 23 still after her birthday. The moral of the story is, the 3-7 day shipping option with this business is complete bullcrap. The principle of it taking 2 months to get a glorified shirt for my mother is astounding and I want this company to know how much they suck.

Unprofessional attitude

Completely unprofessional and unapologetic about their very poorly run business. No appropriate problem solving. It's been more than 10 days since I placed my order and they still have not dispatched. Inspite of registering the issue, their response, far from apologising, they aren't giving a fixed solution. Neither refunding. Horrible experience. Don't ever order from here. I was about to place another order 2-3 days after first order, thank god I didn't!

They offer a wide array of team products BUT BEWARE. I ordered a sweatshirt and a hoodie as Christmas gifts for my niece and nephew both going to the same address. In placing the order, the website was very difficult regarding addresses for shipping to someone besides yourself. So I called customer service and asked for help. After a very long wait, she walked me through and i thought all was fine. Then, the nightmare started. I received an email that my address had been corrected. What she did was remove the house number. My niece received a phone call from FedEx saying they had a package but couldn't deliver it because it didn't have a house number. She confirmed the house number, but still wouldn't deliver it! They said the shipper needed to confirm it.
So i tried to reach Fanatics customer service. They had removed the number from the website. After doing a lengthy web chat, i asked for a live customer service person. They finally got on the phone and said, they could not call FEDEX, and that the package would be returned and credit issued. They would not confirm which of the two items or if both had been in that package. So I re-ordered both items.
My charge card was double charged for the first order; then, I received two sweatshirts; one without the house number was delivered, and a second one, In attempting to return them, I was shown that the shipping cost of $9. L95 would be charged. I felt this was wrong. I didn't make the error. Fanatics did.
I have tried to talk with someone and canned get anyone to help me; I called a number I found through google, but after more than an hour wait, I gave up.
My recommendation is to stay away from this website.

On January 8,2018, they sent me an email, stating my refund would be put back on my credit card. I have had numerous calls to them, to which nothing more has happened. Each time, they tell me they will put it through again and still nothing. I have never had trouble with them until now and this has gone far enough. I will not be ordering from them anymore and I will take to whatever level that I need to show them that people want, great service!

Even though I have never purchased from this website, I do know that it is a fake. The checkout is not secure, and it doesn't say "Official Partner." The official site is "fanatics.com" DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

This is as current as it gets people. Last night I ordered from FootballFanatics only to find out they sub their orders out to China. IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY PURCHASE MY CARD AND INFORMATION WAS STOLEN... as you would expect no response from FootballFanatics or the China company jerseyoutlet.com. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Now I have a cancelled card and no way to pay bills. LESSON LEARNED. It states it's a worry free shopping site and trusted and that is a LIE! Leave their website immediately. I was charged twice for the same jersey. The 1st order stated my card was declined. SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA and be very careful. With sites that are run in the United States.

HORRIBLE SITE

I placed an order on Oct 3rd - it is now Oct 25th and I only received 1 of the 3 shirts I ordered they showed they all shipped at the same time but they DIDN'T! I have called 3 times and the last call I asked them to please refund my money - this still has not happened... I was told for over a week that my items would ship and guess what they NEVER did. And they have no reason when I call back just that the ticket is still sitting there! Please beware when ordering from this site most likely you will never get what you order and they will never refund you your money! STAY AWAY!

Every review on here is an extreme case, accidents happen... I however order from football fanatics close to once a month and have never had a single issue, in fact they always go above and beyond my expectations. They are great with returns and orders typically arrive after only a few days. This is the only sports apparel site I order from.

Do not buy anything from here. It will arrive late (even when you paid extra for fast delivery), it will arrive broken and you have add on charges amounting to half the price of the order. Worst place I have ever shopped. Could not have been worse.

I placed my order late Thursday night/early Friday morning with three day shipping. I checked the status of my order the following Monday only to find out it was still in "NEW" status. I called customer service who explained that I would receive my items by Wednesday. Wednesday rolled by and my order was still in "NEW" status. I then called customer service again who then told me that they had NO idea why my order had not shipped yet and that they would look into further and call me back. There was a catch though! The customer service agent said that it would take up to FOUR days for them to call me back with an answer. FOUR DAYS, are you kidding me? Tell me how a three day shipment turn into a ten day shipment! Three initial days, four days to research the problem, and three more days after that to receive my order if they send at all! Stay away from this site. They are nothing but scammers!
