I'm picked up at a local store the day after I ordered them! I had also forgot not use a coupon on my shoes, and contacted Customer Service via email. They replied the next day and said they would apply the discount to my purchase. Very responsive!

When I received the black shirt by mail (from a store other than "mine," it was covered with perfume. That probably means that a customer who was wearing heavy perfume tried it on...

I bought Vionic boots for the first time and it was also my first online purchase from the company. I am fully satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Except for the final sale item, I was able to return one of the 2 items quickly. Printing the label from my home computer was quick and easy.

I only wear these shoes. So, having a selection of colors is important. Footwear is the only place I could find to not only have the colors I wanted, the size I wanted, and in a wide width. Even the HOKA website was sold out. To make it better they not only had them but they were on sale! The only thing more I could ask for is a discount for Nurses. ;)

Sadly, my package was not delivered to my address. Footwear Etc. sent out a replacement the same day I contacted them about the situation. Thank you!

First time consumer with footwear. Easy purchase with no issues. Received product 2 days early. Happy about that. Service was great and delivered right to my door as was concerned due to I live n an apt complex. Will purchase again in future with footwear.

Always good here, if they don't have the size or style they always do their best to get it. Ava helped me today, she always goes above and beyond for me, I have trouble deciding what to get, she helps.

To be honest I did not think there was a website for this local shop. I stumbled on the website and was very impressed on how easy it was to order. The shipping was surprisingly fast. Shipment was well packaged and Uggs were perfect.

My podiatrist recommended Footwear as they had the brands, arches and shoe size range that would make it easy for me to find a comfortable shoe. I provided the salesperson with the recommendations and he suggested a couple of specific styles. They had sizes, color choices and arches, so I was able to leave with them on my feet.

When I checked out there was not anywhere to input the Shoes4me so I would receive the discounted price. All the sudden my order was placed without it.

This pair of shoes I have been thinking for 3yrs, the color is always out of stock in their own store, luckily I found out in your stores greenfootware. It just thinner and harder than I thought, next time I will buy Hoka Bondi series.

Only four days before departure on a 2-week trip, I realized that my favorite pair of Fidelio sandals was in a state of disrepair. I checked online, and there was a pair available in my size. I feared there was insufficient time to have them delivered to my home, so I chose in-store pickup at the Los Altos store (24 hours estimated time). Three days later, I had still not received notice to pick up my order. I was leaving the next day, and customer service was not available, because it was a Saturday. I called the store, and a woman named something like Suriya answered. She did not see any evidence of my order in the store, so she said she would call customer service and investigate. Within minutes, she called me back to say I could pick up my order. She went the extra mile to help me.

Footwear etc has always been my go to place for shoes especially trying to get better fitting shoes thats comfortable and easy for walking around.

Great products and appreciate the wonderful customer service as well. I also go to the store in San Diego and they are always really great.

I was looking for Blue in this shoe. I already had it in White and Black so I knew the size to order. I did have to add an orthodic for more arch support.

Can't recall. It's been a while but I don't recall it being a five star experience. It was acceptable. This, you demanding a description is a turn off.
