I purchased an ECU for my vehicle from Flagship One on October 28,2025. USPS later issued an official letter confirming the package was misdelivered to the wrong address and could not be recovered. The letter also clearly stated that the sender needed to file the insurance claim.
Despite providing this documentation, Flagship One refused to issue a refund or send a replacement. They repeatedly told me to file the claim myself even though USPS confirmed only the sender can do that.
I never received the product and had to buy the part elsewhere to finish the job for my customer. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company based on how they handled a documented carrier error.
Product doesn't work or allow the car to start. Speaking with customer service and all they can say is it should be compatible with my vehicle. Don't waster

Online service was easy to navigate, customer service was prompt, answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. Product was shipped quickly and item delivered was as ordered. Installation was successful and the part resolved the starting and running issues with my 2000 F350 Super Duty truck. Would use them again if needed.

I Ordered an ECM, did it all on line answered question sent information that was required. Received updates while my order was processing, received product with clear instructions. Installed and has been working fine.

Received the part in very good time. Easy to replace on my own. Had one issue but I believe I resolved it. The issue was with an aftermarket remote start. The solution was just not to use it.

ECU works great. Reasonable price, too. Solved my fuel pump issue. Replaced fuel pump, although problem was 2 sec priming signal from ECU, so pump was probably OK. Narrowed it down to either ECU or open wire between ECU and relay. Once new ECU was installed, started right up. Been running fine for last 3 weeks. Only negative is that it took 2 calendar weeks to get it. Overall, I'd buy from them again, if needed.

Seems when you place your order then they start to rebuild and test and program your new computer. Had to rent a car for 10 days. Costs more than the computer and the labor.

The computer arrived basically on-time.
Installation took me 10 minutes and it started and ran immediately.
My only issue was "how to return my old one".
No return envelope or even a small note with return instructions.
It's still sitting on my bench waiting to go back.

92 Ford bronco fuel pump not pressurizing system with key on, no start. Trouble shot it down to bad ECU. ECU in truck had been working fine but apparently was not the exact replacement as pointed out by tech support when they checked the part number I supplied. They sent the correct ECU and and truck fired right up.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
