The customer service and the shoes are absolutely amazing. Shipping was fast, but had a big problem with UPS, getting my package. Called them several times, they scheduled the initial delivery at one time ( 2:30-4:30 pm), I made arrangements to be home by that time, instead UPS arrived at 9 am.!
Huge problem for me. But luckily I still got my package.

It was an easy purchase to easy delivery situation! Making me a happy camper. The dress that I purchased has enough wiggle room that I should have purchased an XS even though I scale a size 2-4 (closer to 2 but those hips). The fit is still quite nice.

I have my favorites & when I browse through or I am looking for something very specific I often get sent here. It was such a fantastic surprise to find what I was actively trying to find &... actually on sale here with my size still available. Then you worry it is not as close to the picture as you hoped &... it arrives actually spot on exactly as the picture of what you saw on the model on site.
