I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated, whoever installed that small garage door opener on such a big and heavy door did you a disservice. All we did is try to adjust the spring because you did not want to replace that underpowered garage door opener. We will be more than happy to come back out and replace that unit with something that can handle that big and heavy garage door. We stand by our work but there is only so much we can do in this situation.
