I placed an order for a cake and a Bouquet. But they delivered the cake and not delivering the Bouquet now. They are saying that we will nor refund the amount and will not be able to delivery the Bouquet as well. After calling so many time they are saying that we will deliver it tomorrow.
It was supposed to be a birthday cake and present but absolutely bad service and thieves. They have refused to deliver and no refund as well.
It is a good site for gifting anyone and their delivery and work hard for their customers and their gift and cakes
On time delivery and Packaging was too good liked the service to much, satisfying services overall it's best site for online gifts.
I have been ordering from this site from about 3 yrs... Their cakes are really fresh and service is good... I dont know what went wrong with other customers... Also the customer service is really prompt and reply you on whatsapp and call quickly... I really recommend this to everyone...
I had ordered a chocolate truffle cake of 2 pound for my daughter's birthday. They delivered it on time and as i opened the box i was shocked. It was just a 1 pound cake of Rs. 1002. I complained and they started justifying with bla bla bla... and finally agreed to deliver another piece on a condition to pay another 250.0 RS as delivery charge if the first cake is of correct weight. They found it underweight and still asking for delivery charge. And the new cake was sent through sweegy boy who vanished the cake by melt it down in hot weather. Worst service and definitely overcharged as I brought another cake from local vendor for just Rs. 560 for 2 pound.
I got cheated by the giftjaipur. What a gift of cheating?
Worst services. Worst customer support. I ordered flower delivery for midnight. Did not deliver and when I asked them to refund the amount. They said the receiver denied the delivery and would not make the refund. Absolute sham artists. Will approach the consumer court. People like these need to be called out.
I had booked a cake. Flowers ND a magnet gift for my bro who is in Jaipur... Local to local they did not bother to deliver nor took d order seriously. 11 days before kiya tha order. It was tkn by Ajay. Then by ankit. Then by some girl ya lady... Too much confusion but d service is very pathetic then some guy named Nitin cm he also shouted nd cancelled our order. Vat is d use ven it is not properly done d work... No coordination. Pls. Public b careful ven u order from gift Jaipur. Total hopeless
Cake was not fresh and also colour of cake was so stickey, worst service provided by giftjaipur.mob no given in mesage continue busy, delivery after 12 hour or worst came material
They had a good chance of growing the business, but with lazy attitude they are loosing customers. I use to order from them but over the years their service became bad to worse.

Very bad service. Why have time slots mentioned for delivery if you cannot stick to them. I place an advance order for cake and flower delivery and asked them to be delivered between 9.30 to 12 Pm. At 11.45 when I contacted them about status, they mentioned it was late but will be delivered by 2 Pm. At 3.45 when I call again I get to know it is still not delivered. Spoiled not just my day but also the whole idea of wishing at a particular time. They expect the customers to keep waiting entire day at home to receive their order. Pathetic customer service. Don't do business with them.
I ordered a cake & flower bouquet. Quality of flowers wer good and they were fresh. I ordered on 5 pm, choose the delivery slot of 3 to 6 Pm. they were late by 15 min and items reached me around 6:15.
Although evrything was fine.
Best website for on time cake delivery in jaipur... i ordred a designer cake and get it within 2 hr delivered by their executive and quality was very good. Worth for money
Ordered flowers which were stale and old. They were very expensive(500 ruppes) and for that price I could have bought 3 fresh bunches.
After finding this website from web. Was totally unsure about their service but got to tell you that served me well. The cake was delivered on time and nice bouquet of flowers with superb helium balloons in a nicely packed box.

I ordered red velvet cake half kg! Morning i got a call saying round shape wont be available! Can we deliver square shape? I was okay with it! Now see the image of cake i recieved.

I have ordered so many time from this website and only the first time experience was good. Every other time they spoiled my orders. Every single time there was something missing in my order. Just today out of emergency I ordered a cake with flowers gift box and paid 4000rs. They only delivered the cake and I had to go and complain to customer service many times. They give excuses like sorry it will be delivered now. Whats the point of ordering when they cant deliver everything at once. Do not order from them
More than happy with the final product. Delivered in less than 6 hrs. Loved the services and the rep NANCY was really helpful and cooperative to hesr all my requirements and get the product made just like I wanted. Thank You so much for amazing product. HUGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I have selected a slot of 8pm- 10pm, till 10pm there was no call or confirmation, whether the cake is going to be delivered or not.
When I called the executive started shouting, and when I disconnected, he texted me on Whatsapp "I will show you who I am"
The cake was $#*!ty, I asked almost 20 times to write something specific in the cake, but there was nothing written on it
