On there website it says its parts fits certain engines. I know how to read, i did graduate. But i order a hp kit including, seals and gasket with 26lb valve springs, billet rod, billet flywheel and a Hot 265 cam for a 224 non hemi predator, THIS KIT DOES NOT FIX. NON OF THE PARTS WORK AND NOW THEY DONT WANNA REFUND ME OR AT LEAST EXCHANGE IT FOR THE CORRECT ONES. $350 FOR THE WRONG KIT IS NOT RIGHT.
These guys are something else. Basically force you into paying for "Route" protection "just in case" your package gets "lost" en route. Well mine did and they said I might need to file a claim. I'm sure this is something conjured up by them to add a little padding to their profit margin. What a joke. Filed a claim with my credit card and will be reviewing them everywhere I can. What a joke!

After buying a mega moto kit, suspension kit and battery box, I discovered a few fittment issues. Like the battery box they make and sell having no clearance from the chain. After several emails with zero response, I found my own way. If you expect any help with assembly, you will be disappointed. These guys are just a YouTube channel pushing Chinese products!
Paid over 120$ for an axle that was supposed to be here 4 days ago no one knows where my package is I want my money back this is bull $#*!
Made a sizable order around 600$ then I realized I needed to make a small change to the order not but a few hours after I placed it. They were unable to make the change. So I just canceled my order. I was able to find the same parts at much cheaper prices than Go power sports had.
Cost of shipping will kill you, and shipping too slow. Customer service is some what difficult as your always rushed when seeking answers
Brought my grandsons sea-doo spark to them for repairs. They did not know how to fix it or were unwilling to. Droped it off first on August 23. Went back to them August 26 still not working. Called twice got the runaround, same answer.Called September 8 not repaired. Called the last time September 19 they had not repaired it. Lots of BS. Picked it up the next day still in the same condition as it was when it was taken in for repairs. Go Powersports/ Go Elsewhere. Don
Ordered a camshaft & springs from JAMIE on phone. Received parts camshaft didn't match my camshaft the bearing journals were different. Contacted GPS & JESUS sent another cam exactly like the 1st one. Sent both cams & springs back via USPS with the provided label. Now they say that they didn't receive even though my recipe shows. Delivered.
Ordered a part for my grandson. Once received the item didn't work out. He placed all items back in box and sent back. A week later I called to see about refund. I was told not all parts were in box. Grandson said yes they were. I called today and said just send back, I asked how much I needed to pay for postage. I don't know I'll have to call you back after I talk to shipping. We'll it's 4 hours later and still have heard NOTHING.
I guess the fault is partially mine i didn't read the fine print. The 10% first time buyers discount coupon doesn't actually apply to the vehicles they sell. There is a unclear hinting of the disclaimer in very very fine print at the bottom of the coupon. Also its a small company that probably fills hundreds of orders a day so no doubt they are very busy. The order for some shocks and a mini-bike was partially filled and shipped within 3 days. I received the Bike in under two weeks from TX to NC. In my case R&LCarriers were used to ship the bike. It was in good shape and the shipping cage was not bent anywhere. The driver was courteous and even pulled the package up the drive way and into my garage without me asking him to do so. I highly recommend R&L carriers if you have a choice. I received a phone call notifying me when they were in the area.
Hello, I am an aspiring engine builder, and minibike hobbyist. I recently ordered some 18 lb valve springs from GoPowerSports. USPS ended up messing up my address, so they sent it back, or so they said. Because I thought I wasn't getting my package, I ordered another pair of valve springs.
About a day later, the first package arrived at my door on schedule, and I had two more unneeded valve springs on their way.
I hastily sent an email to the Sales Support team, and not only did they completely refund the valve springs, but they let me keep both of the pairs for future builds! This company truly has the most helpful customer service I have ever interacted with.

Over the last year, I have tried countless solutions to counter the problems that I have been having with the Predator non-Hemi stage 2 kit that I ordered. I have watched every Youtube video available on the topic, particularly by gopowersports sponsored creators, and have replicated their instructions at home to the finest detail. I think that it is dishonest of them to sell these parts to enthusiastic buyers who have just seen one of their sponsored Youtube videos and want to have more fun with their go-kart or minibike, only to have their engine ruined because of the quality of parts that were installed or instructions that are given by various sponsored Youtube channels. Then to refuse any kind of reimbursement or replacement because the fine print of their website denies responsibility for these issues, just makes the whole process even more dishonest and infuriating.
Before I spent over $500 on these parts from your website, I used my go-kart to put smiles on the faces of my little cousins during family gatherings and to entertain my friends on countless nights and weekends. Additionally, this go-kart has a great deal of sentimental value to me as it was passed down to me by my father who bought it when he was just 15 years old from a close friend. I spent countless hours restoring it, but the original engine soon gave out. I bought my Predator engine with the intention of modifying it with parts from this website, and have now spent over $500 on parts and many hours of hard work trying to get it to run, but to absolutely no avail. In fact, I have broken many components of the engine, and will not be able to bring it back to stock.
I am still waiting for an email response from this site's sales representatives. I emailed them a week ago and have no heard anything back. Would not recommend.
Over priced and sent wrong items. The price is a robbery and on top of all that you wont get the right items sent. Ripp off shipping price and came very late. They barely answer emails
They won't work with you, they won't answer you. They don't care about your money. They don't care about your problem. And you can't return anything, sounds like a scam to me I'll never order from them again. Good luck getting your money back if there is an issue because they simply will ignore or deny any request for return. To get my money back I had to go to my bank
Go Power Sports set me up with the right carburetor and had it all set up for my mini bike... these guys are top notch.
I ordered and received a broken Tillotson 212, and have gotten ZERO COMMUNICATION any time I reach out.
I have sent TWENTY-FOUR emails and they responded immediately about easy fixes (unseated spark plug/smoking), but have received ONE response about the engine. When I realized I could no longer figure out why a brand new engine won't run, it has been radio silence.
I have never purchased from a least-communicative company in my life.
For a company who received $600 from a customer in a month, they must hate return-buyers. They have time to promote, shoot and edit great tutorial videos, but no time to communicate with customers.
