I booked the R/T air tickets for both of us from LAX to Paris. The face value of price appeared reasonable, but the purchase of seats is little too costly especially seniors like us as compared to industry standard. So, I ended up paying $312 just to book the seats. I would request you to please reconsider the charges and bring it back to industry standard. (Between $50-$60) The website is however user friendly. Twice tried to make this book. Once for an hour and a half last night.
Then about 45 minutes just now. Each time there were glitches and then, at the end, each time the price jumped massively. No way to rate this experience well.
It is my first time to use this site. In the process of doing it, I booked and bought unnecessary services. Right after, I tried to remove them such as a seat reservation and flexible ticket, That was so hard. I called them right away and connected to a representative. He transferred my call to another agent. And then, as you know, I am holding a phone and waiting for about an hour and half, waiting until now.

I needed to compare routes and transport between Stornoway and Glasgow. GoToGate made it clear that ferry and bus routes did not work for me and allowed me to make a reservation simply and clearly. It was easier than doing that on the airline's own site.
I have not received my boarding pass details, 21 hours from flight! You need to sort this out immediately. This is the first time dealing with your company and if I don't have the details sent to me I will make sure I campaign against you.

The reason only 4, there was no way to request disability support, and there were a numbers of fields not requested that the airline needed that would have slowed our check-in and being disabled things that slow you can be unpleasant.
The price was comparatively cheaper. Also, the online platform is very easy to navigate and user friendly. The online payment process was easy and quick; and no hidden charges included. Finally, you get your E-ticket and payment receipt instantly when your payment is confirmed.
