I made an online purchase with this company, all went until I looked at my credit card statement. The company billed me twice for the same order. I immediately contacted merchant & was told it was a mistake and would be fixed in 1-2 days. NEVER HAPPENED. They stopped replying to my messages also. Instead of just fixing their mistake they forced me to file a dispute with card company. Shady business practices if you ask me. 1st & last time dealing with this company. Advice, deal with a reputable company, even if it cost a couple dollars more.

Horrible company to deal with. I bought a 100 dollar gift card for my brother for the holiday season, and they charged me 200 dollars, without me knowing initially. I contacted them 8 days later to explore the mistake they made. They told me that this was a common error they have been making during this time, and the extra 100 dollars should have been returned to my account within 3 to 5 days after their error. First of all, who makes this kind of error on a continuous basis and acts like it's an acceptable error to make. Secondly, I told them it's 3 days past their 5 day window of the 100 dollar refund. I told them they needed to refund me the 100 dollars that day, after they suggested I wait a few more days for the refund, or I would file a dispute with the credit card company. They got angry when I said that, but instead of apologizing for THEIR mistakes and THEIR responsibilities, they made some weird threat of them not being able to do business with me. NO PROBLEMO...I will be very happy to take my money elsewhere, and yo tell all of my gun loving friends to also do the same.

I thought I'd give Grab-A-Gun a try. On 8/22/23 I ordered a AOL Gauge & a Modified Case listed as "in stock" on Confirmed Order # *******. At that same date I ordered similar items from 2 of their competitors. I received the competitors orders within 4 days - GAG sent numerous emailed advertisements & 1 excuse of high volumes. Today 8/28/23 I received a email notification that GAG shipped the AOL Gauge & there was no mention of the Modified Case. In my opinion, Grab-A-Gun is a joke.

I was a very good customer who made many purchases from this store. However they recently did something that totally betrayed my trust as a good customer. Following an order I placed for a very expensive firearm they told me that they would have to pull the magazines. I told them over and over that my FFL is legally required to pin the mags to 10 round capacity and begged them to send the mags. I also have a residence in another state. They refused without any empathy and cost me over$120. They also threatened to charge a restocking fee. So they took advantage of me as a customer. I asked to speak to an owner and my request was totally ignored. Not a trustworthy company snd they do not care about their good customers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered a semi-auto handgun. GREAT price. Guys on the phone were pretty awesome. Ordered on Thursday. Received it at my FFL the next Thursday. Everything was in order and exactly what I ordered. It seemed a bit dirty for being brand new, and the barrel already had 2 wear rings on the end. Maybe this is normal? I'm a bit inexperienced so I don't have much past experience to go on. I wouldn't think a few test fires would put wear rings on the barrel. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can offer an opinion. In conclusion, I'm happy and will order again soon.

Just received the last order of parts to complete my 308 build (scope, forearm, gas tube and adjustable gas block). Have been reviewing and watching part prices for almost 2 years. Not sure where GrabAGun had been hiding all this time. Pleased to have found them. I can only speak of the ordering and fast delivery process. All good. Best price on Nikon scope and Lancer carbon fiber forearm I found anywhere. And I have been patiently waiting...

The price was amazing, the shipping was super fast. Gun was in hands in three days. The gun was perfect out of the box. Both magazines, documents and lock. Not a scratch, blemish or otherwise. So impressed, my son and daughter both bought a shield from this week. A 40 and a 9. We pick them up today. Will update if necessary after well go to the range. Very happy thus far.
