I thought I was ordering from the restaurant's website. I wasn't. There was website intending to trick you to order from it instead: I did that, and paid a big fee I wouldn't have had to otherwise.
The restaurant was not prepared to receive an order from that Grabull third party, and it took several phone calls and almost 3 hours before food was delivered.
I talked with a very kind customer service agent, who was far away: it was morning for her, when it was night for me... and she also talked to the restaurant... so no fault to her!
The problem was: I never intended to order from some weird misleading third-party who confused my local restaurant, with customer service on another continent. Be ware! If you are ordering from Grabull, you might be doing so by accident!

Frustrating. Buttons don't respond right away/well on my iphone, and this issue is specific to your website. The prices for the menu items also seem higher than when I last ordered (through a different food ordering application).

I placed an order, but the restaurant didn't realize it. I ended up waiting while they prepared it, and by the time I got it, the food was cold. What's the point of ordering online if I had to wait for them in person to make my order!

I place my order and was charged for it. However, the restaurant never received it. I had to re-order it with them and wait for it. I'm not certain I was even refunded the service fee, as promised.

I ordered 3 pasta dishes from Grabull for Italian Brothers pizza in Citrus Heightsand 2 of the orders were substituted. One had the wrong sauce, one was meat (and should have been vegetarian). Owner said Grabull has items on their menu that they no longer carry and have requested them to be removed but no action. I will not be using Grabull again I will order directly from restaurant or through DoorDash.

$5 service fee for being a web portal is silly. And the functionality for modifying cart items or adjusting them is broken/missing. If you're gonna charge a fee - have a working iOS portal

Fee too much not recommended for delivery. Adding on delivery fee and tip it's too expensive. I'd rather have the restaurant directly deliver if they had that option.

Delivery took almost twice as long. Had to go out to the road to meet driver. Cost me an extra $25 for a mile delvery. I prob wont use this again

I only use Grabull for takeout and only when it's been long enough to forget about how high the fee is. $5 per order is crazy for an online order system.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
