Handy used to be reliable, more expensive than hiring your own cleaner, but worth doing. The cleaners are of mixed quality and motivation, but mostly good. But I've had so many cleaners not turn up recently, and Customer Service refusals to offer compensation (and pretending that they are doing you a favour by re-booking a cleaner to pay for the work you paid for) that I'm starting to lose faith. Perhaps if I keep going for a while and monitor, I will be able to give a more positive reference in future.

We purchased Handy Pro services to mount a new TV for us. A little skeptical after an initial problem with scheduling but then we found Brian. He arrived on time. We had the wrong mount and Brian went out with my husband to get the right one. He got the TV up and working quickly and cleanly and answered all our questions.
