Flowers never arrived and they still charged me for them. I had to scramble two weeks before my wedding. They did not respond to any attempts to contact them.

DO NOT USE HIDDEN BOTANICS. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and I can assure you that the positive ones are being paid for. If I could give this no stars I would. This company is a scam, do not purchase. I received my order. First of all the box was completely smashed in. It was not labeled fragile or handle with care. None of the pieces look like they do online. Online they look beautiful and bohemian. In person they look like literal garbage, like garden trimmings. They also have this blue dye on them that comes off on my hands. See photos - what I ordered versus what I received. I can't use these for my wedding and now I have to figure out something else last minute. I asked for a refund and they said my only choices are to pay for return shipping and either 1) get 100% store credit or 2) get a 70% refund…. They keep the 30% as a "restocking" fee… which is laughable cause the only place these are going is in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. False advertisement and then they get to keep their 30% once you realize it…. My wedding in 2 MONTHS. I do not need to be dealing with this. I ordered them August 2024, and now I'm scrambling to book a florist. I haven't received my 70% refund yet, we'll see if they even follow through on that or if it magically disappears. Worst experience I've had with any company.

Super sad about my experience, had such high hopes! Ghosted me after I made my $1500 deposit, no response to emails after 6 months, absolutely zero customer service. Requested a refund and haven't heard back. Had to contact my credit card company.

I'm sure they'll just delete this anyways, like they seem to do with all negative reviews. I'd avoid this company - weddings are too precious and expensive to work with such a dodgy company.

I wanted to write a really honest review for anyone considering buying from Hidden Botanics and are unsure.

Pros:
- delivery times was super quick
- I made an error when ordering and their customer service was really quick to rectify.

Cons:
- the flowers arrived damaged and the button holes in particular, crushed.
- the ribbons we're loosely tied and falling off.
- there were blonde hairs wrapped around some of the bouquets.
- not of the quality I was expecting from the pictures.

And now for the key con:

- even if they are delivered to you damaged, you still have to pay the restocking fee which is 30% and pay the cost to return within 7 days (which for a large box is costly).

I complained that I didn't think it was appropriate to be charged for an item that was delivered already damaged. Customer service, while they did reply, took a long time to review and after some emails to chase for a resolution as a 'gesture of good will' reduced this to 20%.

If you want flowers quickly and don't care about the quality, go for it. But be aware, even if they don't meet the standards you expect for such a costly item, you will loose money.

I personally wish I would have taken the advice of the negative reviews on here and I wouldn't be out of pocket right now 🙈

I was so excited to order a wedding bouquet from Hidden Botanics but ended up being the most stressful and worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.
Flowers were completely shrivelled up when recieved and my options were: Return with 30% restocking fee, replacement of the flowers that were dead with all shipping and fees to be paid for by me, replacement of the dead parts so I could untie it and do it again myself. Customer service was slow to respond, I was running out of time and no matter which way I went it was going to cost more money for me to fix a defected product, never again and I would not recommend anyone I care about to take the risk on this mass produced rubbish.

They forgot to ship our order, first of all. After we contacted them about an update a month after we had ordered and paid in full, they finally "shipped" our order two weeks after, without ever really communicating that they had forgotten or were working on our order. Our package has been "on its way" to a shipping depot for over a month now. They closed all of our support tickets and blocked my wife on Instagram. Absolutely disgusting business practices and they should be ashamed. These are people giving them confidence for their weddings, and they are bending you over and then acting like YOU are the problem.

They reported my comment on ig as spam after I got frustrated my bouquet didn't come and they won't respond on email. They say all over the website it will be sent out in 7 days, mine was 9, I paid express international and they didn't provide international shipping. Since 10/01/23 there was no update on location and no response from them. I ordered 9/16/23 and it's 10/11/23 will not bouquet. Express shipping for what? Plus the late dispatch. Don't go here. Play it safe and go local.

Items received do not match ad or pictures, be warned. Ordered a different size bouquet as wanted smaller than XL but it's missing several types of the plants depicted, and cheap-looking ones have been substituted in their place. Buttonholes also do not match plants in ad. Seller refused to recognise they have legal obligation for items sold to match description given and instead offered me money off a future order… why would I want to order from a seller that I now don't trust?! Buy at your own risk. Now left in the lurch right before my wedding.

Beautiful beautiful flowers. Just much smaller than expected/wanted so I couldn't use it for the original purpose, but that's on me for not reading the details and measuring fully. Really love the arrangement and color.

I cannot describe how disappointed I am with this company. Even though I ordered in advance, the flowers arrived a week after my wedding. They arrived with the box crushed. I asked to return the flowers, they said they had a 30% restocking fee when their goods did not even arrive on time. That does not include the cost of shipping back to the sender. And when I showed the photo of the box their goods arrived in they said that I could not return them in the box they sent them in because it was too damaged. So, not only did the flowers not arrive on time. But they have made returning them a real struggle. They took no responsibility for the delay and made no effort to make this right. I do not recommend.

The item came in and it was not damaged in any way, which was my fear with dried flowers. Also, it surprisingly smells very nice, so there's an added bonus. Good job, and thank you! :)

The bouquet looked small when it first arrived, but after fluffing it out, it looks gorgeous in our living room!

I love the shape and silhouette of this bouquet, it's such a unique image that really brings the room together. The fragrance is amazing without being overpowering too!

I was worried about what shape the flowers would be in but they were great, they smelled so good! I got so many compliments!

Pretty, serves purpose, but smells a bit duty but likely just the nature of the plants used in the arrangement. I love it!

One of two flower crowns I purchased for a wedding ceremony where I was best man. Both the grooms were really pleased with quality.

Absoloutely stunning bouquet! I was so excited to order this as I have known I wanted it to be my wedding bouquet for months now. It arrived well packaged and is exactly as beautiful as I expected. Communication from the seller was lovely too.

Beautiful item! I bought the clips with the hair crown which I thought I didn't need but it was a bit windy so needed them on the day. Butoneer for the groom was beautiful too! Very happy with this!
