I was really impressed

I recently bought a new car stereo from Hifisoundconnection, and I was really impressed with the service I received. Jesse was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me choose some additional accessories. I would definitely recommend Hifisoundconnection if you're looking to upgrade your car audio system.

I paid 39.99 for this trunk unit 6 cd player. I was told that I could return it at my own expense. DelnumberAfter reciept they would review it and make a decision wether i would get a refund or not. They wanted the model number of my car radio. I've had the car 22 years and have never had it out and i'm not taking it out now. The player said all of my cds were bad.I don't know how to do pictures. But I'll try.order number*******

Scam scam scam

Ordered 12 inch subwoofers in the box that was scratched up one corner of the box was completely gone and a amplifier and wire kit. The amp and wire kit was not in the box it's been over a month an still haven't received my items. Customer services sucks the whole place sucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY everything about them is a SCAM they will charge your card and want give you a refund for the missing items. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke

Very Satisfied

I was very nervous once I placed my order (Paiste cymbal) based on the reviews I read afterwards. The ordering process and shipment went great. The agent even checked physical inventory for me. The product was perfect for a great price i. Just 2 days. Feel like I'm reading about another company in these reviews. I would not hesitate to place another order with HiFiSoundConnection.

I Received My Kicker 12 Subwoofers In A Box And They Were Smoking Once Installed. When You I Contacted Them To Return The Item, They Sent Me The Same Ones Back. I Had To Send To Kicker Tech Support To Get New Ones. When I Sent To Kicker Tech Support, I Had To Pay Out Of Pocket To Ship Them There. The Customer Service Is Horrible. This Place Is Whack. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THEM! Its A Ripoff!

I made the mistake of buying the wrong sub box for my truck, that was on me that was my fault. I quickly sent them an email stating I would like to cancel my order. They replied saying my order has been canceled and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund to get back to my account. Later that day I received another email stating that my order has been shipped. I then replied back to the email I originally sent them for canceling the order and told them that the order has been shipped after I had already canceled my order. They later refunded me after charging me $18 for an interception fee the cost of the item, but not shipping which was somewhere around $90 to $100. I highly recommend staying away from HiFi Sound connections. Absolute scammers. They have no problem taking your money.

I have ordered from this company now twice. First time I ordered the wrong item and as I was told by customer service was to return the item as soon as I received it, as I was told I did the exact thing the day it was delivered, an did not receive my full refund back.

Now this time I ordered the correct item, received the package an did not receive all the pieces the AMP was left out. And they asked me for a picture of the package the way it came, first off why would I take a picture of something that's all pieces are supposed to be there in the first place, an i am still waiting on the rest of my order which the AMP.

So, no I am not pleased with this company what so ever. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never recommend this company to anymore!

Absolute scam, stay away. There have 0 product on hand and will charge your account upon purchase and not deliver. Good luck, call them and speaking to someone as they will not return emails or phone calls. Funny how the sales rep., customer service rep., service tech rep., and secretary all sound like the same person with 4 different extensions?

Ordered a radio from them that was supposed to be brand new. Received the package, opened it up, and you can visibly see that it's been pretty much punted off the top of a football stadium. Box looked absolutely horrible. Was missing the pigtail that powers the radio and speakers. Called the contact number, talked to 'Tim', was a complete douchebag. Not helpful at all. Told him, first of all, the part was missing. Second of all, the radio was supposed to be new, not used. He said that I needed to send him a picture of the back of the radio so he could send the right cord. I asked if he could not just look it up by the part number of the radio. He said he had to have a picture. I asked, if we received the power cord, and the radio did not work, what was the course of action that would be taken. He said I could return the radio, at my cost, and they would ship another one out. So, I would be paying $40ish dollars to ship it back for them to hopefully send a new one this time. Awful customer service, would not recommend purchasing from them.

Bought a subwoofer and box for my ram 1500. It was exactly what was advertised and at a great price. I would buy from this company again. The only thing i wish is that they would confirm my purchase. Shipping was 2 days and it arrived in 2 days. The only reason i give 3 stars to service is because i called and after 18 minutes i hung up.

Called their customer service line to inquire about a guitar they had up for sale. Customer service rep couldn't give any information on the guitar and after complaining to me the entire time about how hard it would be for them to get any information on it due to the warehouse being "2 blocks away" hung up the phone. Called back hoping to get someone who was able to better assist and was hung up on again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

NEVER AGAIN!

Soon as I seen my package I knew, The felt around the box was ripped, very poorly product looked like a 12 yo boy built it. I couldn't return it I had no box it fell apart, I had already paid and scheduled to have it installed a month waiting list they was no turning back at this point, This product was so damaged I had to sing a paper that he didn't cause this damage. The speaker box fell apart upon installation. I have a brand new lifted 2021 silverado show truck, with a system looks like you built as a kid ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THING IV EVER PURCHASED ON LINE!

DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISING FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE! They advertised that the speakers I was ordering were compatible with my car when they were not! They do not fit at all. AND NOW I'M READING THE REVIEWS AND APPARENTLY THIS IS THEIR SCAM! GET SPEAKERS FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH A LEGITIMATE REFUND POLICY, which this company does not have! ALSO, customer service SUCKS, and they do HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THEIR LIES! I should sue them But honestly it's partially my fault FOR NOT READING THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED BECAUSE OF I DID READ THEM I WOULDN'T HAVE PLACED THE ORDER! Hopefully this review helps someone else not to get scammed and ripped off...

Dash kit missing parts
January 27, 2021

Took 2 weeks to arrive and only received one out of the two side brackets. (BTW the side brackets are just flimsy pieces of plastic... and i only got one!)
I called Hifi Sound Connection directly and was told that i needed to take a picture of my items with invoice and email it to them!
While on the phone i did that, and was told that i was in an email queue and they'll get back to me.
"What was the purpose of the picture," I asked?
He only said, "it was part of the process."
I said this doesn't make any sense, like you can't take my word for it that i only received one bracket?
What's to stop someone from just removing one bracket and taking a picture?
Or what if i just took a picture of a bag of lint and say that's what you sent me?
"its part of the process. If you don't like it you can return it"
Un-freaking-believable. I will stay FAR away from hifi sound connection
